    5. 134 he made "sawsaw' sa issue raised by his friends. Ikaw, tayo, di ba sumasawsaw din tayo. The difference is that we are don't know them personally. If you feel entitled to an opinion on socmed, ganun din si lolo Jim.

  3. Wonder why most people can't live without using their smartphones for just ONE SECOND.

From walking to eating, most people are just using and tinkering with their phones all the time -- real time! Can they not check their phones for the moment?

PROPER MANNERS, ETIQUETTE AND DECENCY seem to have lost its essence and substance in this so-called SOCIAL MEDIA REVOLUTION.

    1. It's just really sad of what we are becoming.

    2. This is so true. I stopped hanging out with those kinds of people. It's a waste of time interacting with them kung panay ig stories at smartphone ang inaatupag.

      Delete
    3. I’m probably one of those you will see tinkering with my phone while I’m out and eating or having tea alone, not because I’m on socmed but because I’m reading my e-books or news.

Like you 2:37, I am also done with people who don’t even have the decency of excusing himself/herself to use a phone in the middle of a conversation. I’m better off alone with my e-books.

      Delete
Sabi ko, di bye na lang. have nice life with your phone. Bwisit lang.

  4. yung recorded scenes. A BIG NO. pero yung gunagamit ng phone (as long as tahimik sila) rude ba pa yun? malay niyo naman, sumasagot sa email yun or work.

    1. It is rude. The light from the screen is a distraction as a movie theater is dark. Why watch a movie if you have something else to do? Just like when hearing a mass. If it’s an emergency, re 911 situation, yes. Other than that? No.

      Delete
    2. Turn your phone off. Di ko alam sa PH pero sa US may reminder before the movie to turn off all mobile devices.

      Delete
    3. Yes that’s rude.
Pero may disclaimer before the movie start so alam na yung proper etiquette and respect to others.

      Delete
    4. Yes, rude. Nakakadistract ilaw ng phone mo sa iba.

      Delete

      Delete
    6. Yes, it’s rude kasi nakakadistract yung light coming from the phone. Isa yan sa reminder sa mga sinehan aside from the noise.

      Delete

      Delete
    9. It's just that it is distracting when someone uses his/her phone inside the cinema. Yung light mula sa phone screen.

      Delete
    10. 12:59 oo naman teh. yong umiilaw nga siya eh. if they want to tinker on their phone for work or emergency eh di lumabas silat bumalik na lang after.

      Delete
    11. May tamang oras para icheck ang email from work teh. People watch movies to get away from work and stress and you have to respect that.

Using phone inside the movie house is just a BIG NO.

      Delete
    13. Pwedeng sagutin yan AFTER the movie.

      Delete
    14. Ouch @1:53. Hehe natamaan ako dun ah. Pero careful naman po ako. Sa floor ko naman tinatama ang light. Hehe

      Delete
    15. Yes it's rude and distracting. If may emergency talaga lumabas muna ng sinehan at saka mag open ng messages at magrereply sa text or email.

      Delete

      Delete
    17. Sa thailand din mga baks. May mga reminders yan or ads about turning your device off or put it in silent or vibration mode. Rude naman talaga kasi.

      Delete
    18. I’m guilty of this when I’m out on a movie date with hubby & the kids are at home with the househelp. Kahit nasa early teens na sila di pa din ako mapakali pag sila lang naiwan sa bahay kaya pag nagvibrate ang phone ko I check it inmediately. Di ko na lang nilalabas sa bag para di glaring ang light & I adjust the brightness of my phone before entering the cinema.

      Delete
    19. As a mom, I always feel the need to check my phone often, thinking that I might have news about my babies, that need an immediate answer from me. But I do it discreetly by checking it inside my bag only, and also only quick. I guess it’s not about where we are, it’s also really about how the person is behaving in general.

      Delete
    20. Kahit lowered ang brightness, distracting pa rin. If you really have to check your phone, it’s better to go sa restroom or stand sa aisle then check your phone facing away from the screen

      Delete
    21. Here in the US, before the movie starts there are many reminders to turn off your phone or leave the theater when you definitely need to use it in an emergency. Sa office naming, you have to surrender your phone before entering the office bawal ang socmed and personal calls.

      Delete
  5. That's why I very rarely go to the movies now. I can't enjoy it when the audience laughs noisily or shrieks in kilig. I can't hear the dialogue. So annoying.

    2. Agree. Kaya nga I cut back on social media. The amount of narcissism and posturing online is ridiculous and unhealthy.

    3. True. Sira na talaga ang bansa natin. Puro me first na lang. Walang pakialam sa kapwang tao.

      Delete

Then pagnapagsabihan or nahuli magrarason or galit pa.

Kahit yung cirque di pinalampas, ang nakakainis pa with matching flash pa talaga.

Failed culture daw tayo.

  14. It’s always “me first” in the Philippines. More fun daw yan e.

  15. Never ever go to movies, shows and concerts in pinas. It’s always a horrible experience. So noisy, crowded, hot, chaotic and rude. Walang pakialam sa ibang tao.

    2. So true. It’s really bad. It’s so nice in Hongkong and Singapore. So much more civilized.

    3. Hayyy dito ang concert di mo ma enjoy kasi yung nasa unahan mo nirerecord using camera phone sobrang rude pa na nakaharang. Sana sa tv nalang nanood.

  16. Most of them are those so-called millenials. Barbaric levels sila.

  17. I watched crazy rich asians din and the group behind me were so noisy with their comments like "Ay kinilig si ate" or "Nagpa-lip filler sya" or "Ganyan yung type mo" with one responding "Hindi ganyan type ko"

Dami ring ganyang bastos sa US

    1. Saan ka ba? Kasi dito sa amin sa Texas, the people are polite and don't use their phones in the theaters.

      Delete
    2. Hindi ganyan sa New York no. May bawal sa public shows ang ganyan.

      Delete
  19. May rude pa kayong nalalaman. Movie lang yan no. It's just a small light from the phone. Eh di just concentrate on the screen. Arte much

    ReplyDelete

Nakakadistract kaya.

Have the decency to go out of the cinema or check your phone after thr film

      Delete
Let me remind you, may mga paalala bago magsimula ang movie. Kung tutuusin nga, utos yun, hindi suggestion. Medyo lenient pa nga eh. Simple rules. Madaling sundin. Ayaw nyo lang.

      Delete
    3. A little light from the phone will not kill you. The phone ring is terribly annoying and the loud conversations are inconsiderate. Wag maarte sa phone light.

      Delete
So madaling sundin diba. Wag magtext.

      Delete
    5. 10:59 Other people taking calls inside the cinema will also not kill you. Does that mean OK lang? To other people, phone light is okay. To others, it’s not. If youre considerate enough, it will definitely occur to you that your seatmate might be one of those who are distracted. So dont do it.

      Delete
    6. Phone ring and loud conversations will not kill you either. Pero parepareho lang silang distractions tulad ng 'little' light from the phone. Now that you've been educated, try to be more considerate the next time you're in a movie theater.

      Delete
    7. This is exactly the kind of mentality that explains why we behave the way we do. Hindi natin alam ang word na CONSIDERATION. And if we are being schooled tayo pa may ganang magalit.

      9:05, 10:59 - only fools think they’re always right.

      Delete
    8. 9:05, 10:59 - Hindi nagbayad ang mga tao sa sinehan para panoorin and “small light” ng mga cellphone nyo.. have u not been educated by ur schools or parents of good manners and consideration to others? Napaka self-centered naman ata ng argument nyo. Simple rules and instructions, u find reasons not to follow and those who do, in ur opinion are “maarte”? I do hope u get someone to teach u good manners and right conduct as both of u seem to be very much lacking of it. Sana hindi ko kayo makasabay sa sinehan because people like you ruin an enjoyable and relaxing experience that we, movie goers expect to have. And please lang, dont even think about watching musicals or theater performances, learn how to behave yourselves first before doing so.

      Delete

      Delete
  20. di sinaway kc feeling ng crowd ok lng kc block screening, magagawa ang gusto nila,if mahirap na nahuli kilobg or multa na agad yan

    ReplyDelete
  21. Following simple rules will not kill you also so bakit hindi magawang sumunod?
