So si Paco lang ang mapapalaya? Paano na yung iba? Grupo sila, allegedly, diba?
thats why its so disappointing SUPREME COURT pa.. walang katawan.. they cremated the body without testing it for DNA in the middle of the night... (may DNA na nun sa ibang bansa).. why burn the body in the middle of the night if you are guilty. Khit grade 1 kayang ijudge ang kaso na to.. obviously INJUSTICE wag sanang mangyari sau or sa family mo
12:54 Wag kang mema.
And yes.. I would not wish it to happen not only to my family but to anyone na ma-wrongly accused BUT ayoko din mangyari na mamatayan ako ng mahal ko sa buhay tapos papalabasin pa ako ang may mali at tinatago.
@7:21 AM Kahit mag CAPS ka pa buong araw. You don't burn evidences. Cremation is only done after DNA testing, The Paco family is willing to pay for the DNA test however the court did not allow it. Widen your knowledge about Court proceedings dear.
Sa docu or FB posts ba ulit? Come on! And please.. It's PIECES OF EVIDENCE not evidences. I think you should be the one who needs to widen knowledge on court proceedings, terms & rules. ANG YES MAG ALL CAPS AKO BUONG ARAW HAHAHAHA!
5:09 Social Media or through the internet lang ba alam mo? or Source of information mo? We still have old newspapers here. Our family has printing press here in Cebu. DON'T ME and MY FAMILY.
7:14 I read Supreme Court cases and Rules of Court. Gagawin ko sa printing press niyo? Mema lang ah. Kinalaman niyan sa fact at truth. Hahaha.
Exactly "nagging story".
Our society is guided by laws, hindi ng haka haka at BS theories.
At least there's a chance na ma-solve ito or magkaroon ng additional information about sa case. Masyado namang triggered ang team chiong. Gusto niyo ng katotohanan? I-open ulit ang investigation!
"Our society is guided by laws" Have you seen how the case was handled though? Parang isang malaking joke yung hearing. How can you find 7 people guilty with so little evidence. How can 40 people be ignored as witnesses to an alibi? How is a corpse irrelevant in a murder case? This is so beyond me. They did file to reopen the case but apparently once a case reaches the supreme court, there is little hope.
2:08, sagot ng Supreme Court don sa alibi at sa 40 witnesses "Appellants likewise claimed that we should have not sustained the trial courts rejection of their alibi. Settled is the rule that the defense of alibi is inherently weak and crumbles in the light of positive declarations of truthful witnesses who testified on affirmative matters.[11] Being evidence that is negative in nature and self-serving, it cannot attain more credibility than the testimonies of prosecution witnesses who testify on clear and positive evidence.[12] On top of its inherent weakness, alibi becomes less plausible as a defense when it is corroborated only by relatives or close friends of the accused.[13]"
1:51 at 2:28,, anong re-open at investigate ulit? 2:28, padare dare ka pang nalalamn. Supreme court na nga ang nagdecide. Ilang MR ang ginawa nila. Wala ng aakyatan pa yan.
Okay para mas madali nalang if gusto lamg naman makalaya bibigyan ng pardon si Paco ng Spain but kaylangan umamin siya na pinatay niya ang Chiong sisters kaso ayaw niya dahil hindi niya naman daw ginawa so to make the long story short hanggang ngayon nakakulong padin siya.
1:13 there were professors willing to testify as well, not just friends and family. Why look for the trouble to cover for a student if you're really sure that he wasn't there? How can you say that the alibi was weak when there are physical evidence of paco being in manila at the time of the murders, and no records of him leaving before july 17. In court you can have your own mother testify for you, eh kung sya lang naman talaga kasama mo e. Tapos sasabihin na no more credible than the prosecution testimonies?? You mean Mr.Rusia, a convicted felon who didn't even agree to do a cross examination? Come on let's be real. Anyway thanks for the info, I just feel really sad for the injustice and how the case was handled.
5:55, from supreme court ulit "Not even Larraaga who claimed to be in Quezon City satisfied the required proof of physical impossibility. During the hearing, it was shown that it takes only one (1) hour to travel by plane from Manila to Cebu and that there are four (4) airline companies plying the route. One of the defense witnesses admitted that there are several flights from Manila to Cebu each morning, afternoon and evening. Indeed, Larraagas presence in Cebu City on July 16, 1997 was proved to be not only a possibility but a reality".
Anon 2:02 AM So si Larragas daw e pwedeng pumunta ng Cebu dahil malapit nga lang sa Manila, ang tanong, asan yung proof of the "reality"? di ba dapat binanggit na me nakakita kay Larragas sa airport or sa airplane? that will do him in, that is may eyewitness nga.
2:02 Ok but this comes down again to physical evidence. Yes there are several flights each day, meaning these flights each have a record of departure and arrival date and time, passenger details from the airlines, and number of passengers who actually made it to the flight-none of which was presented in the case. Again showing how wrong this case was handled. It's such a shame
I knew it. Sila lang rin ang may pakana nung biglang pag viral ng side ng story nya like all pf a sudden. Then this netizens naman so gullible sa documentary nya which btw also made by his camp. You see, it's a demolition job afterall.
Alam na ng lahat na from their camp ang gumawa ng docu, yet we still weighed in the facts and loopholes that the witnesses actually testified for themselves. In the first place, paano nagawa ang movie about the sistees eh both of them are still missing, apparently.
And because of the pouring support, nagkaroon ulit ang side nila Paco ng strength para mapagbigyan sya sa clemency!
Good for him! I was a student at CCA when that happened and although Paco was not my classmate, our common friends and teachers stand by their words that he was really in school those 2 days (before and after the sisters disappeared). Hirap talaga when a questionable "star witness' testimony" weighs more than physical evidence, which there was none so hindi beyond reasonable doubt ang conviction.
QUESTION NALANG FOR ALL: kung nAsa kalagayan kayo ng Chiongs, will you be friend suspect just because nagstar witness sya sa Case??? giving him cakes for the birthday, money, etc.
11:16 why not? if that will help get yung talagang master mind sa pagpatay sa kanila. i'll be very thankful na may ngalaks ng loob na gawin yun para mabigyan ng justice ang nangyari sa anak ko. You know, people react differently, peor di ibig sabihin nun na may mali. mali kasi yun yung angle na gusto palabasin ng kampo ng kabila.
TALaga? I know iba iba ang tao but this is the same person who “raped and killed” your daughters.
He is a state witness and his testimony became material to the conviction of his co-accused. You can read the rules regarding state witness if you don't mind using your internet data for educational purposes.
And yes..
Instead of hate, forgive and just be thankful.
As for me.. nope I won't. Naging State Witness ka at may KAPALIT yun, may condition so to save himself pwedeng ginawa nya yun.
Honestly, I don’t think I’d be able to laugh again as much as Mrs. Chiong did if my daughters were raped and killed.
If you interview someone whose relative was killed, even if it was a long time ago, I’m sure wouldn’t be able to laugh if the topic was brought up.
And 6:24, iba yung kay Barrameda. May bangkay na narecover yun. Sa Chiongs wala. They’re not even sure if the body recovered was really their daughter’s.
Rusia as star witness is like Jessica Alfaro as star witness vs Hubert Webb noon - ignored ang evidence and sa dulo nakita na parang minadali ang kaso kasi the public wanted to someone to fall for the crimes. How can you ignore over 40 witnesses? Why did international bodies like the UN see me it worth asking for a review of the case?
There’s a bigger picture here the drug side which is a bigger scandal if it will be exposed so there’s 7 scapegoats that needs to be blamed. Wla namang bodies na recover sa victims yung not established by DNA genetic testing and nag suicide pa talaga judge what a coincidence. By reopening the case it will bring forth tons of worms that will shock the public, then so be it.
Tsk, pera pera lang
ReplyDeleteFor Chiong family!

cge teh ubusin nyo LAHAT NG PERA NYO....
true, ilabas pati yung iba.
Deletegood!
ReplyDeleteUsing the drug angle/conspiracy theory to their advantage cos they know Pres. Duterte hates drugs! Gash this people! The nerve!!!
ReplyDeleteThe nerve?? To their advantage? In the first place they should have not been doing this kasi they're innocent people framed up.
DeleteTell that to Chiong's family. THE NERVE!
12:51 How sure are you na innocent sila? THE NEEEERVE!!!
Delete1:35 and how sure are you na guilty sila?
DeleteAnd how sure are you that they’re guilty? Not enough evidence to convict them! Wala ngang dna
DeleteObvious ba? Mga reliable at credible na tao (i.e. Justices) made me sure they are guilty.
Delete2:57 HINDI PA KASI COMPETENT & RELIABLE EVIDENCE DNA NUN (AS A WHOLE). Di ka na nagbasa ng kaso. Di mo pa alam batas ng sarili mong bansa. The nerve!
