I have been supervising many people for so many years but I never use the line "my staff". Problem with this appointees is that they always feel so entitled. The fact that they never experienced being at the bottom makes them feel so powerful and too bossy at times; and they are so many specially those high ranking appointees.
I hope appointees like her should find time to read the code of conduct for public officials. Public service is not about having power over your staff; and not feeling so entitled to the position freely given.
But wait, wasn't this perhaps bait to the real intent: to get people to read an invite that would've been boring? Ganyan na ang labanan sa media these days: use something trending or controversial to bring about a message.
You’re giving these nincompoops too much Credit. That Liza and her team are just unprofessional, their actions showed us all that, regardless of the long explanation.
the point is you should have kept the inside joke with your staff inside the office. masyado kasing pampam, eh. nagpost pa publicly. you get the attention you ask for.
