If parents can avoid posting too much photos of their kids on social media, the better. The world has become so crazy that violence and hate have become "normal". Plus, avoid posting photos in real-time for security purposes.
I disagree. There’s limiting your posts for security purpose and there’s limiting your actions/life for fear of bullies. I think we shouldn’t fear these cyber bullies. We should not give them the time nor the space for their despicable actions. Quash them as soon as they try and every time they attempt to do what they do so that they won’t multiply and become stronger. That’s how we’ll make a better world for our children.
true. not only parents dapat. dapat everybody should refrain from posting photos of the child esp if their privacy settings is on public and if they are the kind of people who just add add add friends who they really dont know personally.
Problem is, this isn't just any cyber bully. If you'd check her IG account it's very clear the person is mentally-unstable. And it can be scary indeed if someone unstable with a violent imagination develops a fixation on you or your family member.
3:28 you must be living in a delusional world.
I agree. Instagram can't do anything about it. The most they can do is suspend the user but the user could always open up another account. The best thing to do is to have the NBI to check on this.
Dahil in the first place, hindi na dapat nangyayari ang ano mang online harassment. Di dapat itolarate ng kahit sino. Kung mangyari man sa akin o sa pamilya ko na may mangharass online, tapos sasabihin joke lang or overreacting lang, hindi tama yon. Imagine how stressful for a person to be on the receiving end. No peace of mind. So I absoutely support people to take action.
Yup, may sakit sya. Kakabasa ko ibang posts nya, maraming flight of ideas and delusions. Nkakaawa din kaso her messages should really not be taken lightly. Puwede siguro ipa-blotter.
pag sikat both parents, hindi mo maiiwasan kasi oras na lumabass yung anak sa bahay nila, maraming kukuha ng pics and videos and post these sa IG or FB whether they like it or not. Alangan naman na ikulong sila sa bahay to avoid people taking pics and vids of them. That is part of fame, I guess.
It's not victim blaming 10:02. It's called being smart about using social media by protecting and controlling the information you put out there especially concerning kids. There are a lot of predators out there not just this bipolar person. Common sense lang naman.
Stop posting kids photos. It's also their right since they are not in their right age to give consent if they want to be public or not. Individuals right.
can someone please enlighten me, is there a benefit of reporting it first to Instagram instead of reporting it directly to NBI or to the police? I just find it illogical to seek actions from Instagram when it is the safety of your child and yours that is at stake. Blocking or deactivating an Instagram account is not a real solution to a potential real-life harm.
Yes. I agree. Yung ibang anak nga ineedit pa yung face (nilalagyan ng smiley or something) once i-post man nila sa socmed like IG.
Grabe na ngayon ang mga keyboard warriors. Wala ng pinipiling lugar at tao. Basta trip kahit bata ginagawan nila ng masama
ReplyDeleteOmg!! Scary!!!
ReplyDeleteStalked her IG scary and creepy talaga. China has every right to be worried

Mentally ill daw cya, galing mental hospital
ReplyDeleteour country needs some serious cyberlaw crime prevention policies and implementation.
ReplyDeleteJust keep your IG private or just don't have any social media at all.

Deleteakin lang as much as possible wag na mag post ng photos ng kids lalo na pag galing sa isang kilalang pamilya. You made yourself an easy target

Delete@10:02: there is a very thin line nowadays with victim blaming and reminding of what should have been done to avoid similar situations in the future.
DeleteReport to NBI and police
ReplyDeleteAng creepy. Dapat ireport yan
