But no, she never listed it for the past 10 years even when the substance was not banned yet.

It seems to me these drinks were sold on the premise that it did not contain any prohibited susbstances. The label and the website itself do not list any of the prohibited 3 ingredients. How would one know what’s in it if FDA, the very agency which is supposed to be aware of it, does not even know?
