As long as may go-signal ng doctor or experts sa mga ganyang klaseng training, ok lang magworkout kahit buntis. Minsan din kasi mas nakakapanghina pag di nakakapag workout esp pag regular talagang ginagawa.

As in pinost Niya sa social media Niya marami din nag comment Pero ang healthy ng anak niya ngayon guwapo pa.. she told me naman na nagpaalam siya sa doctor and may certain exercise meant for her. I think 8 months to 9 Medyo nag light workout na siya no more buhat. Depende kasi yan Kung Ganun ka kalakas yung system mo looks like malakas ang endurance at stamina ni iya... Kaya nakakayanan niya :) Kahit naman ako if I get pregnant I also want to to be healthy and fit too..if Kaya ko mag exercise il do it but sympre with limitation and get a good PT coach.

Lets say nagpacheck nga sila sa doctors and approved naman, but what if lang *knock on wood* something bad happen sa barbel na hawak mo or sa mga gamit sa gym? Siguro hindi naman takot malosyang o tumaba but more of hinahanap-hanap niya ang ganyang exercises kasi sanay ang katawan niya. In fact, nakaka-addict rin yung regular na may workout. But nakakatakot din kasi mukhang intense ang workout.
Depende yan sa health condition ng nanay at Kung delicate or not yun kapit ng Bata. Kung wala naman isyu eh di go. The human body is made for moving. Noong araw nga iniire lang yun sanggol tapos balik na sa pagtratrabaho sa bukid yun nanay. Sa hitsura ni Iya ngayon tingin ko carry nya yan. Cave woman looking na nga sya.
Bes nung araw din close to half of mothers namamatay sa childbirth, so don’t get me imaginary stuff na magbukid after manganak ay normal dahil we lost approx 500 ml of blood sa normal childbirth wala pa Yung inflammatory factors at yung stress ng labor. At sa workout ni Iya kanya kanya yan pero sana she’s doing it for the right reasons at hindi para sa pasikat lang. -med junior intern

Ang hindi ko magets is why she has to post her workouts anyway? Everyone knows na active mumma sya..kailangan p ba nya ng validation or admiration for working out while preggy? I dont care if she works out,its her body and her baby,im sure alam nya limits nya pero kung she chooses to post her workouts,iaccept nya na not everyone will understand or agree with what she does,expect na nya na she will get varied reactions..positive and negative.
Im all for being healthy while pregnant and i admire mothers who have the energy to workout and have the stamina to last through it. Ive seen mothers who do high intensity workout in the gym pero mukhang extreme and risky yung kay iya noh? I know its her body and its her baby pero hindi ba makaantay ang crossfit pagkatapos na lang nya manganak? Or pwede siguro weights but no that strenous? Wala lang comment lang to since na featire naman sya dito sa fp lol parang ako yung kinakabahan while watching her ig stories hahaha
Her body, her choice. We are all but a bunch of onlookers, concerned people and whatsoever. Alam naman siguro nya ang ginagawa nya. Matanda na sya. And I bet nobody can stop her from doing so. Unless, (fingers crossed) maaksidente sya sa pagwork out. So people, let her be.
