Buti pa sa Okinawa may net ung beach nila para sure na walang makakapasok na nakakamatay na creature. Make sure to wear beach shoes rin. A friend of a friend died dati kasi natusok yung paa nya ng sea urchin. Died within 2 hours walang hospital o first aid sa vicinity tas walang alam yung tour guide. I think that was palawan or puerto princesa.
Sobrang sakit makaranas ng bagsik ng box jellyfish. It is the most toxic jellyfish in the world, may mga namamatay dahil diyan. Get well soon Anne!

DeleteNot just box jellyfish pati na rin portuguese man 'o war. I once saw thousands of them littering the shoreli ne of Baler. Sinara yung buong beach.
