Kaming magkakapatid actually. While yung mga matataba getting praises nowadays.. for what? For promoting unhealthy habit of eating?
Yung pinaglalaban dito girl is yung fat shaming ginagawang norm. Diba dapat good health ang ipromote instead of negativity?
Its sad that because the internet can be a free platform for everyone, it doesn't mean that we have to be cruel, bullies, aHOLE and hateril of others. Please be reminded that even if there's a freedom of speech, DON'T FORGET TO BE KIND AND SENSITIVE TO OTHERS.
Hindi lahat ng matataba is doing unhealthy eating. May tinatawag na slow metabolism, hormonal imbalance and some sicknesses that a person feel that leads for them to get fat.
Saka hindi porket mataba unhealthy habit of eating na, yung iba may health conditions.
Anon 12:52, he's in favor of fat shaming.
One day, that sorry excuse for a human being will get a taste of his own medicine...
Maybe, one of his loved ones will struggle with a health condition that will preclude them from losing weight and no matter how much they try, it would just be too difficult for them. That they will be shamed and humiliated until they become depressed and unable to cope.
3:09am There's a big difference between truthful and ignorant. He is generalizing all fat people as lazy which is not the case. To shame them all and judge them is to put more burden on them.
Ever heard of hypothyroidism? That illness causes weight gain, even if you are not overeating. And this is just one of the many medical conditions which causes weight gain. You will not lose weight even if you exercise and eat healthy. The only way to lose weight is to treat the underlying problem. So 3:09, before you generalize and pretend to know everything like this Franco guy, do a bit of research in the net, “with all this data at your fingertips” you don’t have any reason to be ignorant.
Anon 3:09, being truthful is totally fine but being ignorant is not. What he posted and you agreed with, is ignorance. There are medical conditions that result in weight gain and/or prevent people from losing weight. Google it.
Still those people are not doing anything about their so-called “medical condition” like what you said in this case hypothyroidism @10:21 AKA 1:19, so I stand with Franco here... get off your lazy couch and do something! You’re fat because you chose to be one ~former chubby
THE REASON I WILL NEVER BE IN FAVOR OF BODY SHAMING - THERE ARE FAT PEOPLE WHO BECAME FAT, NOT BECAUSE OF TOO MUCH EATING, BUT BECAUSE OF MEDICINES THEY TAKE FOR ANOTHER SICKNESS.
I agree. And some, like me, were born to have a huge built and I dead tried everything to lose my weight but my body wasn't built to have a XS/S/M size. Was it still my fault? Was my genes to lazy to make me slimmer?
You have no right to belittle the plus sizes. Its obvious that its hard to fit in this world. Most guys preferred petite or slimmer girls. No wardrobe would look good on us. We were always get picked on every jokes. WE GET IT! We're fat but that doesn't give you the right to judge us. We've been sad for so long and we don't need to be shamed over and over.
I was 180 lbs at one point (5'6" tall) and I was so unhappy so I decided to do something about it. It certainly wasn't easy, I would cry myself to sleep because I wanted the mamon I couldn't have but in the end, after I shed 50 pounds, I felt so much better!
1:24 2 yrs nako naka diet program and nutritionist with exercise coach, wala pa din nangyari coz i have a medical condition. Masyadong nag generalize yang bestie mo.
Anon 1:42 Just because you eat healthy doesnt guarantee you weight loss... Some people have medical conditions that cant be corrected by medicine and proper diet. They have to live with that for the rest of their lives.
1:24 di lahat ng tao katulad mo. I have patients who have tried everything and still could not fit into your definition of "healthy and sexy" WAG MAGMAGALING.
1:24 ikw pagpayat lng problema mo!
Anon 1:24, don't generalize and wag din ignorante. Hindi lahat nadadaan sa motivation. There are various reasons why people are overweight. In my case, I have an auto immune disease that resulted in weight gain. Luckily, i'm under the supervision of a good doctor who's helping me overcome this. So you see, this is not simply a matter of mind over matter. Please don't sound like an expert as if you know everything.
1:24, my mom was & is a healthy eater all her life, exercises daily, never smokes & drinks. Even after having 2 kids, she had a 24” waistline. When she was in her late 40s, she started gaining weight which puzzled all of us ‘cos she never changed her healthy lifestyle. It was that weight gain that prompted her to see the doctor and she was diagnosed with HYPOTHYROIDISM. She was treated and now she’s approaching 60’s and is back to her 24” waistline. So Ms. Know-It-All, be informed. Educate yourself so you don’t spout nonsense.
“Sources who were at the event did say that Mabanta was just a plus-one of an invited guest. Mabanta asked for a shirt, snapped this photo, then left. The photo, contrary to some speculation, isn't doctored. One of the other people in this photo confirmed that Mabanta did pose for this photo with them. Mabanta then posted the photo on his own Instagram and Facebook. But Penshoppe never did.“
Ever heard of hormonal imbalance Franco?? Your pa-cool post is obviously & inversely proportional to what you know & what you want understand. Feeble minded!
@343am, parang magic ganon? Kaya nga may mga gamot para macorrect ang imbalance kasi di naman nakukuha ng madali by exercise and diet!! Hindi magic yan.
3:07, wow just wow! Do you have PCOS or any other hormone-affecting weight issues? If you do, then you’ll know na mahirap magpapayat dahil ang cause ng weight gain ay imbalance sa hormones. So kung sobrang dali, bakit need pa ng contraceptive pills and diabeic agent para macorrect lang un? And mind you, even ung contraceptive pills can also cause weight gain!! Sure, kapag nakamaintain ka ng healthy weight, it would help to treat the symptoms of PCOS, pero hindi magic yan! I’ve been eating healthy and regularly exercising since I was diagnosed 4 mos ago, pero I’m still slighty overweight!
3:07, you think so?
Who is this guy? As if guwapo siya. Not all can just lose or gain weight easily. Check first their medical and genetic conditions. Also , financial situation. Such things entails expenses , especially if you have to buy those health food.
There is probably nobody fat sa mga family and friends nya. Inform them fat people then. Pangit naman ng advocacy na fat shaming! Inspire a healthier lifestyle na lang kuya. Show not tell!!!!
to each his own, ika nga. kung gusto nilang ganyan ang hubog ng katawan nila, let them be. hinde naman kelangan humantong sa shaming para lang mai-reverse psych ang mga plus sizes into getting thinner. maaaring may kaakibat na health concerns kapag napasok na sa obese stage, but then again, kung yun gusto nila, let them.
I agree with Cai! Just because we're not thin and sexy, it doesn't mean pabaya kami sa sarili.
Seems like, kaya ganyan comment niyo.
And before you conclude, no, I’m not fat. Never have been in all my 38 years but I know there are medical conditions that cause weight gain so I don’t judge fat people.
On the other hand, with all the free information from legit websites in the internet, no one has the excuse to be ignorant or stupid; so, yes, I have all the right to brand someone like you ignorant.
Korek girl! I have the same condition at sobrang hirap talaga magbawas ng timbang. I have medications, lesses my food intake and brisk walk/exercise at least one hour a day pero sobrang liit ng nabawas sa kin. Sana before he wrote this, nagresearch muna sya kungg bakit naggegain ng weight ang tao.
Me too! I also have PCOS and it's the hardest to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. I used to be stick thin growing up (it was my natural body frame) and once I got PCOS, my grandma and dad starting making fun of my weight. I wish people would be more understanding. It's mentalities like this (such as the ignorant, older generation) that don't allow pinoys to move forward
Same here. The only time I was able to lose some weight was before I got pregnant with my eldest. I was undergoing infertility treatments and the doctor recommendeded I work with a nutritionist to lose weight as it will be helpful with my therapy. I had to take metformin, too. It wasn't easy pero ang target lang naman kaming few pounds so that it was achievable. Not that I'm older, kahit anong gawin ko, its never been easy to shed excess pounds again. And the doctor said the aging process makes it more challenging for everyone, more so, for people with PCOS.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Women who have this are insulin resistant. Ung insulin ay hormones sa katawan which aids like a ‘key’ and allows sugar to be stored in the cells and not accumulate in the blood stream. Insulin also affects the ovary by producing increase levels of male hormones o ung testosterone— that’s why minsan we don’t ovulate or have menstruation. Insulin also contributes to weight gain. So as long as these hormones are not corrected, we still manifest the symptoms of PCOS— weight gain, thinning of hair, hormonal acne, fertility issues and so on. Contraceptive pills help us to regulate our menstrual cycle— this can also cause weight gain. Diabetic agents can also help with controllin blood sugar. If you lose weight or maintain a normal weight for your body, it would help treat the symptoms of PCOS, although possible, hindi madali. For an ordinary citizen like me na nagwowork at nag aalaga ng family, I seldom have time for ourselves. I try to eat healthy. But I don’t have the means to hire nutritionist to help me. I cut off food high in sugar and I do exercise when I have time. I do brisk walking everyday. I am still slightly overweight. as per my OB, I only need to shed a few pounds to be in my normal BMI, I really thought it would be easy dahil konti lng ang ibabawas, pero hindi.
11:15, salamat sa information. I am not fat nor do I have PCOS but I have friends who do so I know a little bit about this medical condition. Ang nakakalungkot lang, madaming Pinay na may ganitong sakit but there is very little awareness kaya naglilipana ang mga know-it-all na katulad nung Franco at ibang mga commenters dito na akala nila may karapatan silang mang body shame.
He deleted the post! Why?
Anon 3:01, he's not telling the truth, he only expressed his opinion. He's entitled to it, but it doesn't mean he's right. He's obviously not aware of the reasons why people are overweight.
Ahh so ok sayo maging 100kg?
Hindi lahat dahil tamad lang mag exercise or nag over eat. May pa mention ka pa ng BMI hindi ka naman pala aware na there are medical conditions.
Anong medical condition mo? If PCOS, It’s actually possible to lose weight, although mahirap pero possible. For you to reach 100kg, you seem to have neglected yourself, and you’re okay with that. Probably you have hypertension and diabetis too. It’s painful to hear the truth but it’s the truth. Aminin mo o hindi, it’s really up to you. This is not fat shaming, this is trying to raise awareness that healthy living helps you lessen the risk of having cardiovascular diseases. Did they ever advise you to eat more? And live and sedentary lifestyle? I mean, those are all excuses. Okay, you gained weight because you’re sick but to continue living a sedentary lifestyle is not okay. Ignorante, ay yung dinedeny mo ung sarili mo ng option to be healthy when you know you can always try. I’m not 2:17, I’m just appalled on how you all glorify being obese and living unhealthy lifestyle. And please, wag ako na hindi ka unhealthy eater at nagggym ka, at may sakit ka lang, kasi with the help of medications (presumiing youre on meds) and active lifestyle, kahit papano, you’ll shed off some pounds. If youre on meds and hormones are being corrected, and hormones are the cause of your weight gain, eh di magbabawas ka for sure, not easily pero magbabawas ka kasi very active naman ung paggym mo! Or this is just you trying to convince yourself? 😊
sorry pero masarap talaga kumain! hahhaha at mahirap magpapayat lalo na pag night shift at long shift! gutom na gutom paguwi sa bahay kain at tulog walang time maggym kaya sorry kuya
Exactly!!! It’s not a black and white situation. Night shift uunahin mo talaga ang tulog instead of hitting the gym. Franco might be in good shape kaya hindi lang fat ang natunaw pati brain cells nya..
Franco who?!
Susko! Daming napupuna! Eh yung sarili hindi mapuna!
-AND YES AFFECTED AKO KASI MATABA AKO! Hahaha Kaimbyerna si kuys! Daganan kita dyan eh! Hahaha
I dont agree with fat shaming but I am also against obesity. I work in the healthcare field at karamihan sa mga obese have a lot of co-morbidities. It is not right to fat shame people but at the same time health awareness should be a high priority. Being obese is an illness. Unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle are your easypass to early mortality.
exactly. i don't think he intend to generalize; hindi sa ipinagtatanggol ko sya; what i am getting from his message is that people should be more disciplined sa eating habits nila. in the long run, being overweight will cause more problems kasi.
so, as a healthcare worker you also know that sometimes people do not choose to be fat but, they stay fat because of medical conditions, right? i hope so!
Healthcare field? Ung iba nga mataas ang cholesterol pero super payat and that is not healthy 🤔🤔🤔. Only a doctor can tell if ur healthy or not 👍👍👍
No, hindi ako medrep, nurse po ako. Hindi ko naman sinabing kailangang payat, I am advocating for a healthy weight, right BMI. Exactly why a lot of us are not healthy, hindi tayo open minded sa usapang ganito, instead of being receptive, we are reactive. True, genes can play a part in being obese but can you control your genes?? No... ang sinasabi ko ay you need to control modifiable risk factors like your diet and lifestyle. The higher ang waist circumference mo and fat content the higer ang chance ng diabetes. I know cause I take care of 200-600lbs patients who had MI, stroke or are just delibitated and obesity played a HUGE factor to their conditions.
At 7:00 hmmm, like slow metabolism issues ganun? Cushing syndrome amd the rest? Of course alam ko but is that an excuse to eat unhealthy and be lazy and just mourn how you have a certain condition and that youll be obese all the time? Certainly not. May libro, may journals, may google even. Be active, dont let your 'medical condition' control you. Dapat mas nag sisikap kang maging healthy dahil may preexisting condition ka na.
Hmm I am not a doctor pero I work in the ICU and I can tell you right away if youre BMI is too low or too high, that is not healthy. Even the mentality that it is ok to be obese is not healthy.
BMI is not the absolute marker kung healthy ka or hindi. Like i said, only ur doctor can tell u if ur healthy or not. Get a full blood work at physical to know 🧐🧐🧐
I don’t see why a fellow nurse is being attacked with her trying to be an advocate of healthy living. She has valid points. No to fat shaming and promote a healthy lifestyle. And kapag obese ka, you’re no longer considered healthy. Same goes wih being underweight. So choosing a healthy lifestyle doesn’t hurt. It actually helps. Even if it’s hard to lose weight but if you’re trying to be active and actually eating healthy, ung risk mo to have comorbidities like diabetis, hypertension and CAD will be reduced. So anong bad dun? Tama naman diba?
I worked hard to gain this weight a*hole! Pera mo ba pinangkain ko? Also madami ding books about good manners online tinuturo din yun sa school, free lang din yun its just a matter of clicking the articles and learning on your own. 🙄
Im sure magiging anti bullying advocate yan in the future pag madameng nag "ugly shame" sa kanya. Kung makapagsalita akala mo perpekto eh! Jusko hindi naman gwapo or maganda katawan
Da who ba tong Franco guy na'to never heard huh!
Shaming of anything and anyone is never right and should not be encouraged. It is not even about political correctness but rather about respect for other people
How about minding our own business. No? Kung mataba ka o payat i don't care. Hindi ko kailangan ipamukha sa tao na 'uy ang taba mo' especially in a condenscending tone or in a degrading manner. Its a waste of time and effort. Kung ayaw mo ng nakikita mo then look the other way.
Fat shaming is not an issue one can take sides. It's wrong, period. If he had to mull over whether he is for or against it, then he is ignorant. To quote him, "the internet provides a seemingly endless array" of ways to educate ourselves. So for him to choose ignorance is unforgivable, with so much information "at his fingertips" he has no excuse for being a douche.
Im not pro-fat shaming pero kung tatanungin mo mga doctors sasabihin din nila na PWEDE at KAYA ng matataba na magpapayat, whether may medical condition o wala.
12:46 Aren’t you assuming too much? Do you think people with medical conditions aren’t well-informed? Sometimes even if you are well-informed but you don’t have the resources to do treat your condition, it is very hard.
My boss has hormonal imbalance and is being treated by a specialist who charges her $200 per consultation (excluding medication) for the longest time. She already is a vegetarian & yet was put on a supervised diet. Her “snack” consists of organic plain Greek yoghurt with pumpkin or flax seeds (I know ‘cos she shares it with us all the time) or fruits with low sugar. She also does brisk walking everyday. In all the years I worked with her, she NEVER lost weight. At best, she never gained any and only maintained her current weight. She is frustrated but she never gives up.
People like her who have financial resources to treat their medical conditions are lucky because they can manage their conditions. Did you ever think of how it is for those who don’t?
Unless you have been in their position, I don’t think you have the right to judge them.
Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome will make a girl gain weight although it’s not impossible to lose weight but you lose pounds just to gain more pounds so not all are lazy some are just genetically carrying this condition.
Well, you got your 5 minutes of fame. Do something about it before more damage is done. With you're body of work, you should be ashamed that you're being paid handsomely and your client is even in a worst state than when you started working for him.
Hindi komo payat healthy, may payat akong kilala high blood at may sakit sa puso.Mas healthy pa yung matabamataba kong kaibigan. At the end of the day wapakels tayo kung mataba yan o ano, katawan nya yan.
The thing is we are starting to accept obesity as a norm and not an epidemic. With all the pampering fat people get, they just become lazier than ever. and please stop with the hormonal imbalance thing/slow metabolism every fat people claims to have, you're just lazy and wants justification for you laziness. Stop whining and get to work!
How dare you. I have hormonal imbalance and yes I do exercise and I try to eat healthy! Yet I’m still in the same weight! Only medications can help correct the hormones, though keeping a normal weight can definitely help, hindi madali. You’re not in my shoe so don’t conclude as if you know everything. If it’s that easy, I wouldnt be writing this. That’s not whining. That’s a fact. You should be thankful you don’t have the same condition as I have, nor do you have to take medicationa that can contribute to weight gain. Hindi rin ginglorify ang pagiging obese, as i said, we are sick and compared sa inyo mas madali nyong makuha ang ideal weight kesa sa amin. But we are trying.
I was 180 lbs at one point (5'6" tall) and I was so unhappy so I decided to do something about it. It certainly wasn't easy, I would cry myself to sleep because I wanted the mamon I couldn't have but in the end, after I shed 50 pounds, I felt so much better!
Deletesi Franco Mabanta na model ng isang ad for Anti-bullying campaign. Musta naman? kaway kaway!anu nangyari teh?
Delete1:24 2 yrs nako naka diet program and nutritionist with exercise coach, wala pa din nangyari coz i have a medical condition. Masyadong nag generalize yang bestie mo.
DeleteHmmmm, nothing is impossible, ika nga. Pag May effort.
Delete1:24 do some research on people with certain medical problems and weight loss
DeleteAnon 1:42 Just because you eat healthy doesnt guarantee you weight loss... Some people have medical conditions that cant be corrected by medicine and proper diet. They have to live with that for the rest of their lives.
Delete1:24, ignorant! there are some medical conditions that cause people to gain weight no matter how much they try to eat healthy. research ka!
Delete1:24 di lahat ng tao katulad mo. I have patients who have tried everything and still could not fit into your definition of "healthy and sexy" WAG MAGMAGALING.
Delete1:24 ikw pagpayat lng problema mo!
DeleteAnon 1:24, don't generalize and wag din ignorante.
Delete1:24, my mom was & is a healthy eater all her life, exercises daily, never smokes & drinks.
DeleteSo Ms. Know-It-All, be informed. Educate yourself so you don’t spout nonsense.
1:28, he is not.
Delete“Sources who were at the event did say that Mabanta was just a plus-one of an invited guest.

ReplyDeleteIf you exercise and eat well, mawawala na yang hormone embalance mo.
DeleteI've been battling hormonal imbalance for many years and it's not easy magpapayat.
Delete@343am, parang magic ganon? Kaya nga may mga gamot para macorrect ang imbalance kasi di naman nakukuha ng madali by exercise and diet!! Hindi magic yan.
Delete3:07, wow just wow!
Delete3:07 hormonal imbalance can only be cured by taking medicine. And a lot have doubts na uminom kasi may side effect siya sa kidney in the long run.
DeleteAnon 3:07, maybe you should talk to my doctor. Mrs marunong ka pa eh.
Delete3:07 first time to hear hormonal imbalance? Sabayan mo na si franco magresearch. Brainstorming mode kayo
Delete3:07, you think so?
DeleteWhat a Shame Franco, sorry not sorry but you deserve to be called G... by Cai
ReplyDeleteWho is this guy? As if guwapo siya.
DeleteNot all can just lose or gain weight easily. Check first their medical and genetic conditions. Also , financial situation. Such things entails expenses , especially if you have to buy those health food.
Sponsored pagkain niyan e lakas magsalita 🙄
ReplyDeleteTroot!
DeleteThat franco character is over simplying things. Someone slap some sense in to him! What a shame he is not using his brain
ReplyDeleteQuestion is, does he have one?
DeleteDefinitely not cool Franco!
ReplyDeleteThere is probably nobody fat sa mga family and friends nya. Inform them fat people then. Pangit naman ng advocacy na fat shaming! Inspire a healthier lifestyle na lang kuya. Show not tell!!!!
ReplyDeleteDa who ba 'tong pampam na 'to sarap lunurin sa dagat. Wag kang papakita sakin dadaganan kita.
ReplyDeleteto each his own, ika nga. kung gusto nilang ganyan ang hubog ng katawan nila, let them be. hinde naman kelangan humantong sa shaming para lang mai-reverse psych ang mga plus sizes into getting thinner. maaaring may kaakibat na health concerns kapag napasok na sa obese stage, but then again, kung yun gusto nila, let them.
ReplyDeletethen fat shame bato, ur master’s chief pnp
ReplyDeleteI agree with Cai! Just because we're not thin and sexy, it doesn't mean pabaya kami sa sarili.
ReplyDeleteWhat a moron.
ReplyDeleteIsa ka pa.
DeleteTinamaan ka?
Delete3:05, 8:23, tinamaan din kayo sa post ni 1:02?
DeleteSeems like, kaya ganyan comment niyo.
ReplyDeletego girl, hindi lahat ng mataba e pabaya, like me I have PCOS so ang hirap magpapayat
ReplyDeleteKorek girl!
DeleteMe too!
DeleteI have PCOS too.
DeleteSame here.
Deleteme and my sis have PCOS too!
Delete3:05, polycystic ovaries
DeletePolycystic Ovary Syndrome.
DeleteSorry, I meant I seldom have time for myself*
Delete11:15, salamat sa information.
DeleteSino yun guy?? Feelingero
ReplyDeleteHe’s stupid
ReplyDeleteI think he well-informed.
Delete3:04 well-informed?!?! Sarcastic ka ba?
DeleteDefine well informed 3:04. Lol!
Deletemay isa dito puro tanggol, ikaw ba yan Franco? lahat ng thread may sagot eh
DeleteHe deleted the post! Why?
Delete11:50, Franco dear, is that you? If you can’t take the heat get out of the kitchen. 🙄
ReplyDeletetrue, mayabang yan forever and ever and ever...
DeleteNot true. Just eat unprocessed foods like fresh vegetables and fruits, and whole grains like brown rice.
Delete3:03, ang mahal kaya ng brown rice.
Delete3:03 whole gains and brown rice?
DeleteA leopard doesn’t change its spots.
DeleteWhatever happened to this guy? Bastos walang modo!
ReplyDeleteJust telling the truth, Hindi naman Bastos yan e.
DeleteHe's always been like that 1:10
DeleteAnon 3:01, he's not telling the truth, he only expressed his opinion. He's entitled to it, but it doesn't mean he's right. He's obviously not aware of the reasons why people are overweight.
DeleteTheir body, Their Life, move on. Bakit kailangan ang payat ang default?
ReplyDeleteAhh so ok sayo maging 100kg?
Sabi nga ni 1:13 your body, your life.
Delete-Not 1:13
Hindi lahat dahil tamad lang mag exercise or nag over eat. May pa mention ka pa ng BMI hindi ka naman pala aware na there are medical conditions.
DeleteAnong medical condition mo? 😊
Deletewhy go the route of shaming when you can encourage and inspire
ReplyDeleteYep!👍
DeleteHmmmm...he wasn’t fat shaming though, just stating facts.
Delete1:15 best comment ever. Great job!
DeleteAnon 3:00, don;t misconstrue someone's opinion as fact.
Deletesorry pero masarap talaga kumain! hahhaha at mahirap magpapayat lalo na pag night shift at long shift! gutom na gutom paguwi sa bahay kain at tulog walang time maggym kaya sorry kuya
ReplyDeleteI feel you. Plus may PCOS pa ko. Huhu!
DeleteExactly!!! It’s not a black and white situation. Night shift uunahin mo talaga ang tulog instead of hitting the gym. Franco might be in good shape kaya hindi lang fat ang natunaw pati brain cells nya..
DeleteSinabi mo
DeleteAnd people think the same way like you do, right? NOT!!!
ReplyDeleteNakakabawas pala ng brain cells and manners ang pagpapayat. Buti na lang mataba ako!
ReplyDeleteGirl! I like you! Lol
DeleteWinner!!
DeleteShall we start ignorant shaming din for you Franco? Haven't you heard of congenital medical conditions that affects the metabolism? Ayayay.
ReplyDeleteFranco who?!
Susko! Daming napupuna! Eh yung sarili hindi mapuna!
-AND YES AFFECTED AKO KASI MATABA AKO! Hahaha Kaimbyerna si kuys! Daganan kita dyan eh! Hahaha
ReplyDeleteWhat can you expect from a DDS!?
ReplyDeleteI have PCOS and it’s more complicated because I suffer from GERD too. Shaming me won’t help lose the weight I gained.
ReplyDeleteWho is in favor of Face Shaming and Franco will be our only victim?
ReplyDeleteHe is certainly number one on the list!!
DeleteHaha count me in!
DeleteLol! Count me in
DeleteHay naku, isa ka pa.
DeleteYou are just as wrong.
DeleteGWAPONG GWAPO SA SARILI
DeleteIm unfollowing this guy on ig. Nakaka-turn off.
ReplyDeletePlease google hypothyroidism
ReplyDeleteTataba ka din!
ReplyDeleteI dont agree with fat shaming but I am also against obesity. I work in the healthcare field at karamihan sa mga obese have a lot of co-morbidities. It is not right to fat shame people but at the same time health awareness should be a high priority. Being obese is an illness. Unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle are your easypass to early mortality.
ReplyDeleteexactly. i don't think he intend to generalize; hindi sa ipinagtatanggol ko sya; what i am getting from his message is that people should be more disciplined sa eating habits nila. in the long run, being overweight will cause more problems kasi.
Deleteso, as a healthcare worker you also know that sometimes people do not choose to be fat but, they stay fat because of medical conditions, right? i hope so!
DeleteHealthcare field? Ung iba nga mataas ang cholesterol pero super payat and that is not healthy 🤔🤔🤔. Only a doctor can tell if ur healthy or not 👍👍👍
DeleteNo, hindi ako medrep, nurse po ako.
DeleteAt 7:00 hmmm, like slow metabolism issues ganun? Cushing syndrome amd the rest? Of course alam ko but is that an excuse to eat unhealthy and be lazy and just mourn how you have a certain condition and that youll be obese all the time? Certainly not. May libro, may journals, may google even. Be active, dont let your 'medical condition' control you. Dapat mas nag sisikap kang maging healthy dahil may preexisting condition ka na.
DeleteHmm I am not a doctor pero I work in the ICU and I can tell you right away if youre BMI is too low or too high, that is not healthy. Even the mentality that it is ok to be obese is not healthy.
DeleteBMI is not the absolute marker kung healthy ka or hindi. Like i said, only ur doctor can tell u if ur healthy or not. Get a full blood work at physical to know 🧐🧐🧐
DeleteI don’t see why a fellow nurse is being attacked with her trying to be an advocate of healthy living.
DeleteAre you not part of anti bullying campaign #Iamdifferent Franco? Damn hypocrite!
ReplyDeleteI worked hard to gain this weight a*hole! Pera mo ba pinangkain ko? Also madami ding books about good manners online tinuturo din yun sa school, free lang din yun its just a matter of clicking the articles and learning on your own. 🙄
ReplyDeleteyeah! face shaming! you phaggot! fix your ugly face!
ReplyDeleteThat’s hateful and foul language baks.
DeleteHe is right though. Ako, I like to eat fast food and I don’t exercise, kaya mataba. I admit it, hehehehe.
DeleteIm sure magiging anti bullying advocate yan in the future pag madameng nag "ugly shame" sa kanya. Kung makapagsalita akala mo perpekto eh! Jusko hindi naman gwapo or maganda katawan
ReplyDeleteDa who ba tong Franco guy na'to never heard huh!
ReplyDeletethis is what happens when u skip ur biology classes 😂😂😂. dong, balik ka ng high school. u r oozing with ignorance 👍👍👍
ReplyDeleteTruelalo. He deleted his post I think. He has a horrible thinking. Can smell his ignorance.
ReplyDeleteShaming of anything and anyone is never right and should not be encouraged. It is not even about political correctness but rather about respect for other people
ReplyDeleteAgreed! clearly, this person doesn't have respect at all.
DeleteHow about minding our own business.
Dami kong sinabi diba? Haha.
ReplyDeleteFat shaming is not an issue one can take sides.
ReplyDeleteIm not pro-fat shaming pero kung tatanungin mo mga doctors sasabihin din nila na PWEDE at KAYA ng matataba na magpapayat, whether may medical condition o wala.
ReplyDeleteExactly. People who are fat should not be ridiculed but should not tolerated as well. They need to be informed, medical conditions are not excuses.
DeleteIf you have a medical condition that causes weight gain, that can be addressed with medical treatment. Not just exercise.
DeleteIts ok to inform but to state that after thinking about it so long na he is pro fat shaming? Yun ang di tama
Deleteat the end of the day, their body their choice. nobody has the right to shame anybody much more encourage it.
Delete12:46 Aren’t you assuming too much? Do you think people with medical conditions aren’t well-informed? Sometimes even if you are well-informed but you don’t have the resources to do treat your condition, it is very hard.
DeleteMy boss has hormonal imbalance and is being treated by a specialist who charges her $200 per consultation (excluding medication) for the longest time.
Some people are just genetically prone to be being bigger.
ReplyDeletePolycistic Ovarian Syndrome will make a girl gain weight although it’s not impossible to lose weight but you lose pounds just to gain more pounds so not all are lazy some are just genetically carrying this condition.
ReplyDeleteI think this guy was dropped on his head by the doctor when he was born, an air head with a big mouth!
Well, you got your 5 minutes of fame. Do something about it before more damage is done. With you're body of work, you should be ashamed that you're being paid handsomely and your client is even in a worst state than when you started working for him.
ReplyDeletedi kami maka relate -- yung mga di tumataba kahit anung kain!! LOL
ReplyDeleteHindi komo payat healthy, may payat akong kilala high blood at may sakit sa puso.Mas healthy pa yung matabamataba kong kaibigan. At the end of the day wapakels tayo kung mataba yan o ano, katawan nya yan.
ReplyDeleteHindi porke mataba healthy, mas healthy pa yung mga payat kong kaibigan kesa sakin no. Isa pa, hirap kumilos matataba.
DeleteTomoh! Sino ba ang Franco na yan?
DeleteThe thing is we are starting to accept obesity as a norm and not an epidemic. With all the pampering fat people get, they just become lazier than ever. and please stop with the hormonal imbalance thing/slow metabolism every fat people claims to have, you're just lazy and wants justification for you laziness. Stop whining and get to work!
ReplyDeleteHow dare you.
ReplyDeletewhat about those mothers who just gave birth? they are also mataba because of hormones.
ReplyDeleteFat shaming is wrong.
ReplyDeleteBut obesity is also wrong, though. ✌️
