I have a feeling that she might be a clapper or over hyped kinda like Miss Thailand from last year. She was a favorite coming in, but didn't win. Cat is smart, but beauty wise she's just okay. Beautiful, but doesn't stand out specially when you're in a group of other beautiful women. She def needs to up the level even more for Miss U.
