1:10, agree. My S.O. went on a diet after gaining a lot of daddy weight. 6 small meals a day.he said the challenge was keeping up to meal schedule as he kept eating every 2-3 hours! as long as he can eat whatever he wants on weekend, he's okay!
Diet and exercise go hand in hand. Pero mas impt pa rin ang kinakain. True, skipping meals will only make your metabolism slower. Hindi rin maganda yung napakaraming bawal. It’s not what you eat, but how much you eat. Balance is key.

Alam naman pala niya eh, bakit mataba pa din siya? In fairness pumayat na siya but it would have been better if she lost 20 lbs before she starts the movie with Gabby. Gabby needs to lose weight too. Chubby din siya.
It’s been over a year since I decided to lose weight. The best thing I learned from my gym’s nutrionist is to EAT HEALTHY. I honestly never done crash diets or starved myself. By simply eating healthy, counting carbs, while still finding recipes that you love, then it will never feel like you’re on a diet and depriving yourself from enjoying food. I’m on a 1,200 calorie diet based on my metabolism and weight, i get to have one cheat day per week, because Filipino food is still Life! But I’ve been enjoying the best time of my life ever since I reaped the rewards of switching to a healthier lifestyle. It’s all about determination and committing yourself to a goal. 😊👌

DeleteCut down rice to 1 cup lang per meal para hindi naman sumobra, eat veggies and fruits, drink water-tea, and avoid lang softdrinks.
