    3. Teh it’s easier to type English sa iPhone... ang hirap Kaya mag tagalog always auto correct word na Hindi naman tama sa tagalog.

While Im trying to understand your logic 1:44 haha I think para sakin naman its indeed easier to put an english caption all the way pag mahaba kasi if in tagalog its more formal na either you put a tagalog caption all throughout and hindi yung conyo (mixed english and tagalog). And tagalog is way harder to construct a sentence with cause at the same time its hard to know the proper spelling for some of its words

  6. Lol. Daming nega dito. Everyone should exercise and make sure that they’re looking after their body no matter what the situation is. Being active is important, it’s not just helping you to feel lighter but help you feel mentally healthy. I was 14 stones in Philippines, I was always eating, tulog, trabaho and I didn’t have energy to do productive things. I moved in a western country and now 8 stones, I know the difference, it feels so good! I admire those women who just gave birth and decided to go back on track because that only means they are selfless by not just thinking about themselves but also thinking about their kids. They will be good role model in promoting healthy lifestyle and they will also have stability emotionally and mentally which is really good for mothers and new mothers. Pag nanay ka, dapat di mo rin pinapabayaan sarili mo, maging huwaran ka sa anak mo sa pagkain ng tama At pag exercise.

  7. Get ko motivation to work out for healtj reasons but you have a new baby and a sick dad.. your balik alindog body can wait a few months. Your loved ones cant.
