I have 2 guesses. Either Kris Aquino or Dawn Zulueta. Kris and Sharon recently followed each other on IG. So baka di na secret yun. While one day Heart Evangelista posted a pic of her and Dawn, to which Sharon had replied, saying "It's true, Dawn is really more beautiful in person". Dawn liked that comment of Sharon but they didn't follow each other. So baka nga si Dawn Ang secret friend. Ewan! Magmahalan na Lang tayong lahat.
@1:04 AM - I applaud your analysis bes! Pero I'm inclined to believe it's Kris because Dawn is not extravagant (when it comes to gifting or in general lang). Not that she can't afford, it's just not her style.
I think this is Kris A. She's generous with gifts. And if so, they make a compatible bff's. They have so many things in common. Would love to see them as bff's.

I think it's Kris. Didn't Kris unfollow her friends earlier because she wanted to protect them? So now she's a "secret" friend. And she's really a generous gifter.
