  2. I think she looks great! Ung midsection lang nya ang lumaki it seems during her pregnancy but the rest of her body is still in great shape, lalo na the arms and walang double chin.

  3. You lose weight in the kitchen and you get fit in the gym. 80% diet and 20% exercise works they say. In my case, I tried intermittent fasting, not a diet but a change in eating pattern and voila! I've lost weight,9 kilos in just a month,by avoiding carbs,sweets and dairy product. Hard?yes, indeed!but I had lost the weight I never thought I would lose again in my life.

    5. Pwede naman siguro magsweets kahit konti. A diet that restrict you from eating specific food will not work. Youll end up depriving yourself and then you bounce back. In moderation lang lahat dapat. Hinay hinay sa lahat.

    6. 12:33 Congratulations! I do a different kind of fasting. I do 2-3 days a week of having intake of only 500 calories, no caffeine and no alcohol with light exercises and stretches. I've lost weight slowly but steadily - about 30 lbs in 2 years.

    7. nag-intermittent fasting din ako, it works pero paminsan minsan nag cacarbs and sweets pa rin ako. May cheat day ako once a week para kainin gusto ko kainin. So far, I lost 30 lbs na in 2 months.

    8. Anon 1:25 just follow the 1200 calorie a day or try mo puro fruits and veggies. Pwede din military diet kung kaya ng katawan mo

    9. Anon 1:45 fruits and veggies ako and i lost already 1.5kg in just 2 days. Effective kasi sakin ang fruits. Veggies and hard boiled eggs. Brewed coffee no sugar. More on apples and pineapples. Strawberries. 1/2 cup of tuna

    11. @1:20 PM - Hi, I thought fruits were to be restricted on low calorie diet because of their high GI/ sugar content?

    12. Agree! effective ang intermittent fasting! lost 2kg in 2 weeks. 8 hours in a day ka lang kakain. (example from 10am-6pm) after that mag fafasting ka na for 16 hours.

    1. Normal delivery naman yata siya. They heal and recover more rapidly compared to those who had CS. If her OB said that she can start working out then there l should be no problem.

    At Yung dugyot comment, itabi kayo SA mga anerikano mukha Rin kayong dugyot! Sariling kulay Bina bash. Kaya walang asenso eh, puro lait. Kala mo ang gaganda. I'm sure pag tinabi Kayo SA kanya, mukha kayong homeless
