    3. When will Cebu Pacific learn from all the mistakes that it has made through the years?

Impossible for a company not to hire and train COMPETENT EMPLOYEES, implement strict rules and regulations, and strive for EFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICES.

    4. alam na pala reputation eh nag book pa siya dyan, so gusto niya ma experience, gusto niya maging living proof haha.

    5. Baks availing piso fare or whatever promo doesn't make you less of a customer. May K ka padin magreklamo when services you paid for weren't duly given kesehodang piso fare yan. Lost time, hassle and other discomforts as a result of cancelled flights without any compensation for the damages nirereklamo nya.

    7. Piso fare man or regular price, hindi dapat pangit ung service nila.

Sometimes you dont have a choice but to book cebpac kasi yung time ng flight is more convenient to your sched

    10. Ang pangit ng mentality ng 1st comment! Grabe.

And yes, agree on Cebu Pac's horrible and ugly service. GRABE mag jack up ng airfare pag may season. Parang nakaka cancer sa mahal! Domestic lang, 6k na, 1 way pa! Kalokaaaaa!!!! Tapos walang desenteng treatment pag delayed nga kalahating araw or flight cancelation.

Airasia na tayo mga baks! Super mura pa.

  2. This airline company is really bad but they refuse to improve their customer service kasi they know people need them.

To Albie and other celebs who can't be bothered with the hassle, I suggest you buy your own plane.

      - I super agree! Kasi I'm one of those people who needs them, pero purita lang ako kaya no choice but to avail of their (bad) service.

    2. Wow ha! Airline na nga may pagkukulang, pasahero pa may problema. Ang galing.

      Delete
    3. Masyado naman sa pagsabi ng buy your own plane! Hindi ba pwedeng magreklamo kesyo cheap fare yan? Perang pinaghirapan yan eh.

      Delete
    4. just because nagreklamo buy your own plane na kagad. Very bad service kasi cancelled flights wala man lang paconsuelo sa affected passengers. Kung nag moda sya na wala sa lugar dun mo sabihan ng buy your own plane.

      Delete
    5. Buy your own plane? Why don’t you insist on your rights as a consumer, like they do in civilized countries?

    6. I experienced with PAL before, nalipat kami sa next flight because overbooked yung flight namin going to Cebu. They provided us with meals and complimentary round trip ticket to any local destination valid for 1 year.

  5. I don’t know why people still risk it with this airline, lalo na kung importnte ang lakad. Shell out a little more with other more reputable airlines, iwas stress na din.

    1. so far, okay pa naman ako sa cebupac. affordable for domestic flights. sana lang di ako mataon sa kapalpakan

    3. Sometimes they don’t have many options lalo na yung sa mga places na madalang lang ang biyahe ng PAL.

  6. Kelan ba gaganda ang service ng cebupac? Never. Yan mapapala pag mura airlines palpak ang service. Kailangan mo pa sila awayin matapos ka maka bayad. Ibang klase

  8. Dear Albie,
Your abs are nice! Happy New Year.
    Three things:
    1. CEB is a budget airline that uses a single runaway shared by four airports (tama ba?) There will be delays, cancelled flights and missed entitlements along the way. I too have been infringed by this airline but I have gone to accept it since I cannot afford the other flag carrier.

    2. Calling us to ditch CEB is irresponsible! The airline also employs a lot of people and imagine the repercussions? mass layoff on CEB's side and yes, expensive airline tickets, forthcoming. But it seems you do not have time to think since you are busy at the gym, enhancing your abs.

    3. It doesn't mean that PAL flies, so do CEB. its a judgement call of the pilots, management, etc. Eh paano kung me nangyari? do we say "eh si PAL nga lumipad doon eh?"

    so there,

I am still a big fan of your abs...

    1. Just because they are a budget airline doesn't excuse their incompetence. They have hundreds of passengers riding their planes, meaning hundreds of hotel bookings, travel plans, cancelled meetings etc. Just because they are a budget airlines doesn't exempt them from respecting the passengers. It's one thing not to fly but not to give your passengers meals and accommodations because of your decisions? PAL flies smaller crafts like CebuPac but they did not cancel flights. Ginagawan mo pa ng rason ang mali. Kaya abuso kasi may nagpapa-abusong katulad mo. Take it up the a$$ ka lang.

      Delete
    2. gaya ng sinabi sa baba, we paid cheap, we expect cheap. touché

puede kang mag PAL or Cathay, daming options dyan.

No excuses.

    4. @ 2:33 AM

makikisawsaw...and just because you are a paying customer gives you the right to boycott and incite others to do the same on a budget airlines that take note, "afforded" almost everyone the experience to fly.

And citing PAL's flight versus Cebu Pacific not going is a lopsided argument. had something happened that would have been a nightmare for everyone.

      Delete
    5. Your excuses are wrong and not valid. They are all excuses and don’t solve the problems.

      Delete
    6. True.

      Delete
    7. Most of the time cebpac os more expensive than PAL so your point no.1 is a BS

  9. Take it or leave it. Gano'n talaga kapag nagkuripot ka, you get what you pay for.

    3. Excuse me, hindi yan rason. Hindi parati mura sa cebpac. Akala nyo lang kasi may piso fare sila madalas.

  11. I had a terrible experience with cebu pac before too my first time going home to the Philippines in 10yrs.
They lost my luggage’s and the whole time they kept making up excuses until I actually said I came from Chicago and It’s been a long flight home that they actually tried to look for it.
Mind you, it was until I started speaking in English that they actually put more effort into finding my luggages. The whole na nagtatagalog ako wala silang pake. How sad it had to come to that.

Amf

  15. Ano ba ang reason for the cancellation? And where papunta? Baka naman dun sa areas affected by Agaton or areas with heavy rains. Am not sure if the reason is weather related, they are also bound to feed and take charge of the accomodations of the passengers. They billeted us in a hotel njng isang instance ns cancelled but it was not bec of the weather.

    ReplyDelete
  16. You always get what you pay for.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  19. Its a budget airline syempre may difference ang customer service kumpara sa flag carrier. You want premium service you have to pay a premium price.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies

      Delete
  20. You paid cheap so expect na ang makukuha mo rin in return is of the same value. Ano, mura bayad sosyal serbisyo? Edi BILYONES ang nalugi sa kumpanya in the long run. So anong gagawin?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Hindi ho premium service ang hinihingi nila. Tamang serbisyo ho. Kung walang alam, wag kumuda.

  22. I agree that just because it is a budget airline doesn't excuse them for giving good customer service. But calling out to boycott will not help the situation, there are a lot of people who rely on their jobs with this airline and the business as a whole. Frustrating as it is, let the experience you shared speak for itself rather than coercing people to do so.

  23. For sure, the airline has a pretty good reason why they have to cancel the flight. Airlines have strict safety policy and one wrong decision may lead into a catastrophe. Who would risk passenger safety. In fact, it is more expensive for airlines to cancel a flight especially on a full load. Note that they already paid for airport fees, wage of employees and crew, permits, etc. Aside from providing meals to passengers and reaccommodating guests free of charge. For the past few days, because of strong winds and heavy down pour in the south, depending on the weather condition at the time of the flight, it is best to cancel the flight rather than to continue with the flight and risk passenger and crew safety. For sure the airline offered free rebooking, rerouting or refund without charges

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Not sure about having already paid the fees but the crew are only starting to get paid once the door is SHUT and ready for take off. Di rin pumapatak pa ang metro nila on delayed flights as well.

      Delete
  24. Its not about paying cheap fares but passenger safety is the real concern. If the flight cannot continue basing on the weather condition and parameters, then better cancel the flight kumpara may mangyari sa mga pasahero.

  25. Sa customer service or kinauukulan ka mag complain!
May idea ka na pala book ka pa rin.

  26. syempre yung mga premium airline, may budget para sa training ng customer service ekek. e yung budget airline, kaya nga mura kasi madaming areas ang tinanggalan ng budget kaya yung kinalabasan, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. mga utaw dito lakas makademan ng top notch customer service sa presyong piso fare!

So expected mas marami ang delays nila kasi mas maraming flight sila vs PAL.
