ReplyDeleteHindi din. Yung total score ng NU is 610.50 with 11 points as deduction. Yung total naman ng UE (bronze) ay 634.50. So kahit walang idagdag mo ang 11 points na deduction sa total score ng NU, hindi pa rin siya aabot sa total points ng UE.
Deletekung nanalo pa ang NU, feel ko magbabato ng barya mga tao sa court.

DeleteCongrats to all the squads! This year's CDC was very unexpected and really full of surprises! I was rooting for the comeback of UP as well as for UST and FEUs routines. NU expected ko na namagiling sila and ready for a 5-peat but boom pasabog AdU and UE!!! Hahaha galing!! These guys just showed us na bilog ang mundo! Hahaha congrats!! ❤
ReplyDeleteI thought NU had the best routine despite the stunt errors. Mabilis ang transition at yung level of difficulty malayo sa ibang squads.
ReplyDeletei agree. nadale sila ng errors. para sa akin,mas magaling talaga ang NU. Fair lang kase i thought they robbed UP of the championship 2 years ago, talo-talo lang..
Deletemas malinis lang kasi yung execution ng teams na nanalo,pero when it comes to stunts at difficulty, sa NU pa rin..
Deletesiguro kung di sila nauna nagperform, they could have had a podium finish kahet 2nd or 3rd place. Pero well-deserved ng ADU, near-flawless execution.

DeleteSabi din nila na sa history ng UAAP cheerdance, walang first performer na naging champion ever.
Deleteyan ang hirap pag sunod-sunod ang champion mo tapos yung mga nauna mo mataas ang level of difficulty, hahanapan ka ng mas bongga. Compared to their previous performances, hindi ganun kaimpressive yung performance ng NU. Walang masyadong bago. oo mabilis ang transition pero pati pyramids at lifts ang bilis so hindi mo mappreciate. kasama sa scoring yung kaya mong ihold yung lift at pyramid, sa kanila madaling madali. Hindi talaga nila taon.

DeleteTHIS! True! Ang linis ng routines, level of difficulty to the roof, at talagang pasabog ang peg. Kahit may nakakatawang mga Nestle Non-Stop insertions sa mga routine. Hahahaha!

DeleteAt the end of the day, CDC is not about who made the “buwis-buhay” move (na isa sa dahilan kung bakit nagprotesta ang UP dahil bawal ang mga moves ng NU based sa rules) but who executed their moved well.
DeleteBut I agree that this year, waley ang performance ng lahat, well, except of course ADMU na consistent ang pagiging waley. Yung performance ng team nila parang yung perf ng volleyball teams nila noon - yong tipong sumali lang kasi required.
Well-deserved yung pagkapanalo nila. Hindi ka lang open-minded.

DeleteAdamson has always have nice choreography. This year is was done so very clean and their movements were very precise with the beat of their music. NU had a nice them and the wave effect was so great but too many risky moves , that resulted to mistakes
Deletemahirap nga yng routine nila pero na execute ba ng maigi? huwag bitter at tska kung buwis buhay pala labanan sana sumali na lng sa ICU (International Cheer Union) yung NU nyo tutal bida bida naman sa pasabog .

ReplyDeleteDisappointing yung UAAP cheerdance this year. Hindi siya tulad ng dati na may kutob ka kung sino yung pasok sa banga kumbaga. Lahat sila kung tutuusin, ang baba ng final scores sa total na 800 points (8 judges; 100 points total per judge). Dati kasi pag tignan mo yung scores, ang taas talaga. So for all of the schools na nasa 500+ to 600+ points out of 800, uhm, hindi ata maganda yan, hehe. Anyway, congrats na din sa winners kahit papaano.

ReplyDeleteif you were there malalaman mo why madami commercials kasi sobrang tagal ng deliberations ng judges to agree kung sino ang mga winners. sobrang nahirapan sila actually. everyone inside the arena alam nila na deserve ng adu ang first win nila. it was not playing safe sa sinasabi nyong buwis buhay stunts kasi sa totoo lang ang totoong cdc ay ang practice. disiplanado ang adu kaya walang laglag at almost flawless. gusto nila patunayan na hindi tsamba ang panalo last year. ang aim lang nila is to atleast stay sa podium pero to be the top was a suprise for them. maging masaya nalang po kayo sa adu kasi 1st nila to
