The purpose of RH is to promote the Hispanic heritage. And being the crowned Reina, Wynwyn is doing her job excellently and passionately. She is fulfilling the mission and vision of the RH pageant. A queen need not travel the world to fulfill her purpose. She can do so right at her own home.
