Wrong info ka baks. Within sa 3 yrs na pag stay mo sa US, pwde nman ka mkauwi kung ilang beses mo gusto as long not more than 6 months ang stay mo out of US. Coz f not, hindi kna mkkbalik. F nag file kna ng citizenship, during those times klengan tlga stay klang sa US. Wag mangibang bnsa 'til ma approved kna. Base on my own experience lng.

1:04 ang 3 years apply only to married spouse of a US citizen and his/her minor dependents na kasabay nyang nag apply ng green card also. Also 1:01 even if naka file ka for citizenship pwede ka pa ding lumabas basta di ka gagawa ng moves that will look like you have abandoned your perition for citizenship like buying a property out of us, paying taxes out of us, statying our for long periods of time. Etc.

Pano mo nakuha nag green card mo @7:44 kasi ako petition by parents, after 3 months umuwi para magpakasal. Didn’t need to wait for 3 years before umuwi ng pinas. At yearly umuuwi 3 weeks for 5 years then i got my naturalization.
I was in and out of US 5 years before I filed for natutalization. As long as u don’t stay too long outside US (more than 6 months) that’s fine. Sana nagtanong muna sila sa immigration lawyer.
