    5. 1221 in this day and age if you want to get an answer right away socmed is a powerful tool. Airlines actually have their own socmed accounts so their customers can reach out to them and help things get resolved faster. Bait nga ni Xtian eh. Love you papa Xtian

  2. Charge them christian. Normally they will give you something pambili ng emergency needs mo habang nag aantay ka sa bagahe mo. Be sure to keep the receipts para maibalik nila nagastos mo.

  4. Nangyari sakin yan sa PAL, ang sagot sakin nung tagaPAL “Ay nangyayari po talaga yan”... Kaasar di ba, laking hassle. I know how you feel Christian.

  5. The same happened to me at the same airport last week. The reason was a very shrot stopover in Frankfurt which resulted in my luggage being left behind. But to be fair,there are hardly any complaints about missing contents in these lost suitcases, not in Europe.Hindi ko alam yung basis nung comment ni 12:36.

  6. Aaagghhh... sobrang hassle talaga ang mawalan ng bagahe. Byahe kmi ni Mister from Germany to Pinas.un 1 luggage, naiwan sa HK!!! ang nasa amin lang is 1 luggage ng pasalubongs!! Mga damit nmin naglalakwatsa pa sa HK! kalerki!!! at pag dmo makuha from d next flight from HK un bagahe, ipapadala nlng daw sa nearest airport kunsaang province ka man after 3 days!! Halaa.. buti nlng next flight from HK anjan na si luggage. imbes na nagrerest kna sa hotel.. andun ka sa airport nag-aabang ng luggage mo. Hassle talaga!

    1. baks sana ipinadeliver mo na lang sa haus niyo kung sa manila ka nakatira. and if this happens again, you can ask for refund sa ilang araw, like 2 days na wala kayo magamit dahil kasalanan ng airline. it happned to me 2 years ago and KLM thru PAL staff delivered my luggage sa haus naming, while nasa probinsya ako. at least they were nice enough to give back around 100euro for the things I bought for myself while waiting for my luggage to be delivered.
