True. This is what I first noticed, and it bothers me. Julia's face is very beautiful but I feel like the dress is going to slip off of her any moment.
The dress complements Julia. Julie just happened to be projecting for a photoshoot (hence the better angle and curve) while Julia is just standing there.

Julie Anne wore it better. Parang nahuhulog kay Julia. I didn't know Julie Anne has a nice figure! And I'm surprised na I can't say outright mas maganda si Julia, magkaiba sila ng beauty.
