Lack of Admiration

The way things are going with the young stars being developed by a major network, Female Discovery (FD) is feeling left out. When FD was starting out, she was being groomed to be the next talent to be built up. FD has the looks and many followers. Then, because of their constant togetherness, she was matched with Cute Actor (CA). However, things did not really materialize as expected, and FD and CA became awkward toward with each other.

As FD and CA parted ways, the network gave the two separate projects and tried to pair them off with other talents of the network. Soon, the heavens heard the plea of CA. Like a last gamble, the network paired off CA with Lingering Celebrity (LC). Being more senior and seasoned, fans of LC were cynical as to the choice of CA for her. Reality, however, indicated that the network was already running out of male partners for LC and CA was the new, yet familiar face.

The partnership of CA and LC was a gamble that paid off for the network. Fans noticed LC and praised CA. The formula worked and everyone was happy. Adding fun to the partnership was the presence of Talented Personality (TP), and another love triangle was born and bound to be successful. This situation had a cost, however. Allegedly, CA was pressured into making his relationship with LC for real. Thus, he had to drop his liking for a non-showbiz girl, as his ambition was far more important at this point. He needed his career to support his family as well. Meanwhile, LC was receptive as CA was an answered prayer for her career. As for TP, the network has several young actresses that can match his energy and talent.

The trio was soon joined by Handsome Talent (HT), who could really sing and charm his way to the hearts of the audience. On the side, HT started giving hints that he likes LC. LC then requested if HT could be included in a project that she and TP were finishing. By this time, all the hot young boys gravitated to LC, which left FD with no loveteam partner. Worse, the promise that she would be built up fell short, and for now, she was just one of the many young female talents of the network. Frustrated, FD would snub LC, and walk as though she did not see anyone whenever they would be in the same corridor.

When the project of CA and LC had a slow start, people panicked as the below expectation results might mean the end of their partnership. An early end would mean it would be back to zero for LC, and her camp no longer wants that to happen. As girls will be girls and sometimes, mean girls, FD hosted a party to celebrate the low turnout of the CA-LC project. With booze getting in their heads, FD made the mistake of posting a cryptic, but implied status in her social media. Most of the netizens who came across her post assumed the message was for the project. As soon as the network got wind of the controversial message, FD was immediately reprimanded and told to delete her post. She followed the directive and just kept quiet about her frustration.
