  5. Mga tao nga naman. Puro panlalait. May masasabi at masasabi maski anong gawin mo. Haters are just that, haters. Just don’t mind those bashers. After all, people who matter won’t mind, whereas, the opinions of the haters don’t matter.

    1. I don't think she's asking for praises. I think she's lamenting on society's unfair expectations from women, which is highlighted because she is an actress. I think she's just stating that she's confident with her current body and her current situation now. #notkylie

  7. Sa Pilipinas lang naman big deal ang pagiging mataba. I think it's becoming ridiculous especially if you're in the entertainment industry to get criticize for your appearance. The expectations from them is always so high. If you're comfortable with your body, then the opinions of others don't matter.

    1. True that.

It is advisable to lose weight and try to go back to your pre-pregnancy weight but one must remember that hindi siya overnight na nangyayari. Gradual po.

At dun sa mga nagsasabi na mema siya, oo mema na at least nagbuntis at nanganak. She experienced the miracle of life.

      - definitely not kylie

    2. Teh sa hollywood din, parang may contest nga sila di ba on who will lose the baby weight faster

  8. I somehow don’t get it. She gave birth and she acknowledged that the weight gain was from that birth. In a way, when people mention her being fat is merely a statement of truth. Granted that some people state it out of malice, but it is a fact just the same. I am also fat (not because of pregnancy but perhaps due to too much rice... and not-so-lucky genes) but I don’t take it against people who tell me I am fat. I don’t know... maybe it’s her standing up against body shaming per se (benefit of the doubt), but somehow I feel there’s an insecurity masked there somewhere. I am all for being comfortable in one’s own skin and I feel there is a more positive way to communicate that message than being defensive.

    1. Honey, didn't you learn good manners when you were growing up? It's impolite to say such word, particularly to someone who just gave birth. Of course she'll feel insecure, I mean who wouldn't regardless if that person is simply stating the "truth"?

    2. Kudos to you then if the you remain unfazed about the comments on your weight. You have to understand that to some people, it IS their poison.

      Delete
    3. Just coz you don't feel offended, everyone else has to feel that way and that being offended makes them insecure.

I respect how you feel but you must respect other's feelings, too. You don't get to say that there's insecurity masked in there because you, and all of us commenters here, don't know her and her deepest thoughts.

    4. Not everyone is like you.
