Hahha Grabe naman yung nagpublish ng article. Hindi ni-review?! Nakalagay na nga sa photo "ILOCOS SUR"! All caps pa! Harujosko! Yung totoo?! Lasing nagpublish?!😂
5:41 Yes, dahil technically yung mga position which handles this is permanent one. It's very sensitive hence kailangan ng certain qualifications - CSC included. The CSC Eligibility would not serve its purpose kung mag matter lang siya sa length of service.
Maraming technical jobs ang binibigay sa mga contractuals not just utilities like janitorial and security. Marami kasing government agencies ang kulang sa permanent items so they outsource. And they have important tasks ha: reports, speech writing, research, to name a few. They are even sent abroad as Philippine delegates. I should know because I'm a government employee.
May point lahat. Pero may nagcleclear ng reports for posting sa websites or reports for publication.
2:16 Speaking for this specific agency baks, they turned down Journalism grad with MA and CSC eligibility for the hakot of someone. Sinama nya from his previous non-govt job. And to think na ang qualification for this job requires eligibility, check their website if andun pa notifications
I think this was done on purpos. The reason is to increase the traffic of their website. Peole will start to visit their site out of curiosity. Talo kayo ni martin adanar hahahhaha.
This is not a profit generating company though. Does the site traffic more important than reliable news?
Prove your worth naman. Lalo nyong dinidiin na wala kayong kwenta.
PNA's explanation .... "(Note: The original map used as the featured image of the article shows the map of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur and La Union. However, it was autocropped by the new dashboard system, thus, only a portion of the map showing Ilocos Sur appeared with the article posted on August 18, 2017.)" Then again, it was the responsibility of the author to ensure that the article and the photo that goes with it are okay once published. Hay, sablay na naman!!
