Liza. Her hairstyle went very well with the off shoulder dress. It showed off her long sexy neck which is the aim of the top part of the dress. Simply awesome. Plus, mas cute yung color ng dress ni liza. 👏

This is a good match. 2 pretty girls na magkaiba ang look and personalities wearing the same dress. Luane is channeling Victoria Beckham here. She looks fierce yet still charming, may warmth pa unlike Victoria haha. Liza looks more like a bridesmaid/debutante/prom girl here. She's always pretty, I don't think she can be otherwise honestly with that face. But as to who wore it better, Luane wore it better. This is pretty much a perfect look for her.
