Kahit magstart lang sa no sodas and half cup rice hanggang mawala na ang soda and maybe the occasional carbs when the meal calls for it. For exercise, kahit start with walking para di masaktan yung knees... Wag yung starvation. Sharon needs to hire a nutritionist, with her age, this will ruin her body (and this won't help with her mental stability in the long run).
Intermittent fasting is good. For serious weight loss, it is eating lunch (11am) and 7pm dinner with 16 hours of no eating in between (from dinner to brunch the next day) . The thing is, you need to eat good, solid meals for these (within your calorie limit). Yes, sleep is beneficial as well. The thing is in Sharon is eating only yogurt. That is just plain starving herself. There are way better food options than yogurt to fill up but still are healthy and low calorie.
Depressed itong si ateng. Nobody in her right mind would purposely sleep the entire day, only to eat a snack or two after she wakes up. Pwede namang gawing productive ang araw. Crash diet lng yang ginagawa niya. Hindi niya masusustain yan. Ospital ang bagsak niya.
