Raring to Go

Stories from a network about the performance of Dashing Actor (DA) in a project have all been surprising. The production team is so impressed with the attitude of DA that their earlier fears vanished and things have been smoothly going on during their taping.

Having started in the business at an early age, DA was among the most watched talent, as people were curious how he would escape the awkward stage. When he returned to the screen during his teen years, DA immediately became a prized talent of a network. Not only did DA survive puberty, he emerged from it with all the looks of a matinee idol. The network capitalized on this factor and propelled DA into fame. He starred in various iconic roles and the network treated him like royalty.

Unfortunately, DA did not return the treatment as graciously. Knowing that he was a big star in the network, he became stubborn and behaved like a male diva. His schedule was to be followed, he arrived late on the set, and he did seem bored. Thus, the network sensed DA was no longer interested in continuing his career with them, and thus, he was let go.

While he was not that visible in the mainstream, DA was busy with his other obligations as well as making sure he was spending time with his family. DA kept himself fit and many people even said that he became more handsome as he grew older. Then, one day, an unexpected development in his previous professional dealings surprised the industry. That jolt could have awakened him to think of resurfacing again.

In a snap, his present network grabbed the opportunity to sign him up. The deal was too sweet to ignore even if it meant that he would be going against a project that was once close to his heart. It also did not matter that his role was originally intended for a home-grown talent, who has behaved like a diva in so many instances. This network was taking a big risk given the feedback from his former station.

To the delight of his new team, DA came to the set on time and prepared. He was giving his all in acting out his character. He even went out of his way to make several appearances to promote his new show. DA seemed to be at home, and all his actions seemed to show that he has matured as well. However, others are saying that DA is driven because he was offered a second chance, which might not ever come his way again. Now is the time for him to prove that he still has the heart to be a major star.
