Tomuuuhhh. Di pa ako nabubuntis, pero biggest nightmare ko pag nabuntis ako eh yung bedridden ka. Kaya nga kailangan simulan ko nang mag-exercise ngayon para masanay ang katawan at para pwedeng ituloy kahit jontis na.
