I agree. Masama nga ugali, but opinion nya yun, it's not cyberbullying. If anything, Claudine instigated cyber attacks against her because she took her photo without permission and opened a forum of hate against her.
True. This will not fall under cybercrime because there is no crime done. Peggy addressed her opinion to Claudine, she did not attacked the child directly nor incite harm. Sorry Claudine pero peperahan ka lang ng lawyer mo.
Ganun naman talaga pag nanay... I'm not Claudine's fan but I applaud her for protecting and fighting for her daughter. Kahit sabihin naten na the case will be junked, at least nangatog na yang bully. And anyone who will do so in the future will think twice before saying anything against a child.
Yes, mali ang ginawa nung Peggy pero hindi ba cyberbullying na din ang ginagawa ni Claudine sa kanya? She's been asking her followers to let Peggy know about what she did wrong, inciting them to also be verbally offensive sa tao.
Bullying pero the basher is just getting a dose of her own medicine. Sorry but I can't help na biased ako towards Claudine. She's the one protecting an innocent person's rights and a kid at that. People need to know where to draw the line on self expression.
