We know that. Ang kapal ng mukha mo to even think that we didn't understand that much. The beginning of his speech was in fact, very good. Everyone understood that he was owning up to the (future) results of his decisions. In many ways, he is saying, he is ACCOUNTABLE. Was the rape joke necessary? No.

Yes we know that the rape joke is despicable. He has a dirty mouth, we know that too. Why don't you emphasize D30 good works for a change then maybe we'll listen to you. But you wouldn't because you carry the yellow banner proudly.
Ang lungkot na sobrang divided ng mga pinoy. Can we applaud PRRD when he does something good and criticise him when he's on the wrong. Good is good and bad is bad.

And pls.stop assuming that people who oppose carry the "yellow banner"; it just reinforces how myopic your views are. Btw, I am not a supporter of Duterte and definitely not from the "yellow side".
