i conclude that Kylie and her ate both Sicangco coz Robin only married their mom Liezl after they were born. Correct me if I am wrong. For this kind of cases Robin should file an adoption for Kylie amd Queenie so the child will be under the Padilla surname. Maybe he doesnt see the need coz commom knowledge that they are his children
