May police presence pala tapos wala silang ginawa. Very proud siguro si Gen. Bato.

  3. I think Colleen should file a formal complaint with the Police. The man obviously had road rage and will likely do the same thing again with very little or no provocation on the road. The next victim might be a regular person with no influence whatsoever, and the perpetrator might become more bold with his aggression. She has already gone as far as taking that photo and reporting it on social media, why stop now? That person needs to be taken off the road.

In addition, there is an agency within the PNP, who investigates lawless police officers from their own ranks. Maybe with her influence, she can ask for the help of somebody, like ABS-CBN's Ted Failon, who can make sure that her concerns are escalated accordingly, and the police officers present during that incident are made accountable for not serving and protecting those they swore to serve and protect. Tama at hindi siya pumayag sa "areglo" method ng mga pulis because that might entail further harassment to suppress her in asserting her rights as the victim of road rage.
