True. Showbiz newbies and starlets just don't seem to accord respect to the profession, fellow colleagues, staff, management, crew and others. They all seem to be entitled and egoistic all the time.

Agree 2:23AM, kahit na ikaw pa ang pinakasikat at tinitingala sa buong mundo e wala ka pa ring karapatang maging arogante. Iba pa rin ang humble na tao sa kabila ng lahat.
She's been in showbiz before she was 10. Now she's mid-forties and still got work local and abroad. If she does what she posted, then that must be one of the reasons of her career longevity, aside from her being talented. Her work ethics.
Number 8 doesnt make sense. Bawal mag collaborate? Ano yan puppet ka lang ggwin mo lang ano inutos sayo. Bawal magbigay ng input yung artist? Come on, Lea.
Lea has been consistent with how she is from day 1 of her being in showbusiness. Wala namang transition/changes sa kanya with how she is as a professional when she reached success. Therefore it's nothing new to see her being straight-forward, strict with an occasional display of her intelligent humor. Traits that are loathed by the jejes
#8..do NOT improve. Meaning bawal magbigay bg input,in short bawal mag-isip. Bawal maging creative. Bawal magsuggest. Sunod lang ng sunod. Be a robot. Ewan lang lung mag-grow ka. Hay ateng Leah, may "nice" way to suggest & give inputs.Just because someone is THE expert doesn't mean sya lang ang may magandang idea about it. Try mo rin mag-accept ng ideas from others minsan. That's the secret to IMPROVEMENT.
I think what she means is, pag sinabi ng director, respect his vision. Wag mong i-improve on your own regardless kung mas maganda yung vision mo. Pwede naman mag-suggest. Some directors appreciate that. Pero yung magbabago ka ng atake sa role mo, on your own, eh medyo foul yun. Pwedeng masira yung continuity ng direction story sa gagawin mo.
If you compare attitude ni Regine and Lea... ang humble ni Regine. To think equally talented din siya. Si Regine di mo maririnig magsalita ng ganyan. She's always supportive of the younger singers. Walang angst or arrogance sa katawan.
I unfollowed her in socmed because, as a person, she is arrogant. BUT I continue to support her career (buying albums, concerts, shows) because as an artist, she is 100% professional and a perfectionist. As an artist, you will get your money's worth sa mga shows nya because she ensures she gives you her best talaga in each performance.
kahit anong profession and industry yan post niya applies... she can be arrogant or with high ego but she equates that with professionalism and dedication sa work/commitment.
