Please be grateful that you had a young hubby who took you to the altar and a wonderful healthy blessing yet you managed to lose 40 lbs in a month (that is quite amazing for new moms)
1:05 Susme pinag sasabi mo please grateful pa dyan. Ibang iba tlga pinoy mag isip kesa banyaga. Sa ibang bansa age doesn't matter. Mas importante talino, character at personality. Mga pinoy ganda lang kasi nag mamatter. Ang babaw tlga hay... smh
Hey you!! She is greatful for everything and it shows on her posts. It just so happened that she's used to being sexy and flawless and then suddenly she gained a lot of weight, dark marks and other imperfections due to pregnancy. Its perfectly normal for new moms to have such feelings (post partum depression). I think Peachy deserves to be happy after everything that she went through so please stop being so negative. Geez louise!!
Ewan ko bakit ganyan mga mentaly mga pinoy when in your 30's na bakit wala ka pang asawa mag asawa kana hinde kana makakanak niyan. Like hello? Bakit kayo tumatakbo ng buhay ko? So pinoy mga ganyan hirit lahat pipanasin at pinupunan. Whats the big deal if young napangasawa niya? Thanks 2:51!!! Agree ako sayo
Self diagnosed pa ata. Iba ung baby blues/sadness sa talagang PP depression..mas severe yun. They should consult with their doctor before declaring that they have Pp depression.
Getz kita Ruffa Mae. Post partum depression is difficult but I am sure you are surrounded with love and support from family. Hats off din ako sa yo for posting these photos. Ready ka na sa mga bashers. Be brave.
Please wag nating i-judge agad si Ate Rufa Mae. Each new mother has her own battle to fight, and iba iba rin ang paraan para labanan ito. If this is her way to fight her insecurity, hayaan na lang natin sya and support na lang. Kung ayaw mong makita posts nya, iwasan na lang, but just dont bash anyone ng basta basta. #notrufamae #notafan #justsaying
For Ruffa Mae: you need professional help from a psychiatrist to help you with your post partum depression. Don't use social media as a replacement for the kind of therapy that is needed for that mental condition. It is irresponsible and a disservice to those who follow you, who maybe going through the same thing. Be responsible, post partum depression is not a joke.
I agree that they should consult with their doctor para sila ang mgdiagnose.
Somebody can maybe advise her about certain topics that her shallow humor can be offensive to those who truly suffer from the disease.
Normal yn for women na kakapanganak kaya dont judge. My friend who used to be skinny then when she git pregnant grabe kumain for the baby daw.. when she gave birth nagka post partum din. Its not abt being vain. Its hormones. Duh nanganak ka na ba?
9:03 kase eating for "two" doesnt mean doble din ang kakainin mo. yes, you need extra calories in the 2nd and 3rd trim but that's given that you're eating well..
I feel you Ruffa M dami ko lumaki ako after giving birth hirap ng ibalik dami ko png strech marks grrrh. But im lucky to have a supporting husband who always reminds me that i'm more beautiful without makeup.
The latter is the more severe case and should be discussed/consulted with the doctor before diagnosing yourself. I hope the term shouldnt been taken lightly as respect to those who really suffer from it.
nakikiuso sa post partum??? Do u even know what it means??? Sana you can spare the public from your photos. Unlike others na may class, this just reeks of something else
PP is a temporary mental issue na pag hindi naagapan would lead to more serious paychological problems. I had 3 kids and i had the worst PP after giving birth to my 2nd child. i had suicidal thoughts and always get loat in deep meaningless thoughts. the worst happened when i was giving my then 2-week old baby a bath in the tub at dahil wala ako sa tamang isip nun he nearly drowned when he slipped from my hands. then i saw him struggling under water and i snapped back to reality. a few seconds of depression that would have killed my child. after that i went through counseling and therapy. so please understand that PP is no joke and mothers have diff ways of coping. ruffa mae is used to the limelight and being sexy and i guess that's where her depression is coming from. unawain na lang
Ravan ruffah!

ReplyDeleteGrabe yung isang buong wall, isang malaking picture nya nakalagay.

Not judging, just stating a fact si 1.12.

DeletePost-partum depression. It's a mental health issue.

DeleteLanugo is for babies, hindi sa mommy.
ReplyDeleteInsecurity should not be interchanged with PPD
