Ano ba yan ? Alam mo po miss Ruffa Mae .. people don't expect you to go back to your old body straight away after giving birth ! it's not always about the body you know .. look at this picture , it looks horrible not because of your post pregnancy body but because you couldn't be bothered at least fix your hair naman and a bit of ayos your face .. hayyyy
Tignan nyo ung Thats Entertainment Days nya dati.
angbdating sa akin nagpapapansin sya and para bang humble-bragging sya. Na parang expect nya people would be surprised and would commend her na ang sexy nya pa rin.
Even Google Translate can't translate what she said in her message.
What's up with local artistas being pregnant and having a baby? Is the body more important than the essence of being pregnant itself?! Take your time to enjoy every moment of it. Body changes can happen.
Post partum is about the baby blues, unexplained sadness and feeling low. Focusing on getting back that great body before the pregnancy is not one of the symptoms of post partum. It's just plain vanity.
Anyway, embrace motherhood, permanent changes, and battle scars. Worth it naman.
Nako girl, focus focus din sa anak. Wag puro sarili ang iniintindi. Naiintindihan ko naman si ate gurl, been there done that!
This is not PPD na, more likely it's KSP na! Depress sya because majubis sya, and she saud it herself na it took a long time for her to have a baby because she feared changes in her body. Talagang vain si teh. I just gave birth, too, and i gained weight, and i feel bad at times for the weight gain but everything is slowly getting back to normal. I do not self-diagnose myself and claim PPD. Girl, try consulting a doctor muna kesa post ka ng post ng katawan mo and undies. Try loving and appreciating your greatest blessing that is your child, instead of using social media to validate your vanity and stroke your ego.

DeleteAfter giving birth, a woman's body go through a lot. It will not be easy getting back that killer body, but she can try and hopes she succeeds.
