Fitness success is 70% clean eating and 30% working out. Tried and tested na yan. Kung anu ano pa kuda mo anon 1:09. For sure wala kang background sa health & fitness medical fitness course. Kung maka contradict ka sa ginagawa ni Juday akala mo alam mo lahat. tse
Hindi pare pareho ang metabolism natin at age Kaya we can't compare sa Iba yung how long before you lose yung excess weight. Juday has a nutritionist and a fitness trainer guiding her towards her goal Kaya she is doing right .Nag Cohen diet siya prior to going back to the gym.Proud of you Juday ❤️
Because she's doing squats and I don't think na masama or malaswa tignan yun kase maganda ang hubog. the strongest or muscle-y part of our body is the lower part, Fyi.
Cardio activity like Zumba or aerobics with good diet is the fastest way to lose weight. Do weights lifting for toning afterwards. Kasi you start with weights , magkaka muscle ka and you will look heavy.
Agree with cardio and a good diet then alternate with swimming or pilates afterwards. Weightlifting should be done with care as it easy to get injured if you overdo it.
And you are a fitness professional to say that? There's nothing wrong with having muscles. to each his/her own. Fact, mas madaling makapag lose ng fats ang lifting at me advantages pag firm ang katawan mo. Try to do research. and I am sure kaya nga may trainer sha eh. Di naman nag aral ng medical sports yang mga yan kung hahayaan nila clients nila ma injure.
I'm trying to also lose some weight, diet ako for a month then now cardio and lifting weights, getting there, gogogo juday we cant wait to see you sa tv na ulit
Juday my Queen I hope ma achieve mo desired weight loss. Alam ko hirap na dinadaanan mo. Ako din hirap na hirap tanggalin mga taba sa tyan ko after giving birth 2x via caesarian section.
i think she's going to break her back doing those work outs. parang mali yung posture while carrying the weights. the butt should not be sticking out and the spine should be straight.
She has a trainer to tell her what to do. Her body is in good position. She's lifting from her legs and. straight spine not rounding her back I should know I am a trainer.
