My friend knew at 8 weeks.They checked the chromosomes ng Fetal DNA na makikita sa blood ng nanay. Hindi ko alam kung ginawa ni Kylie. I just want to say na it's possible.
There's a test called non-invasive pregnancy test which would allow you to identify the abnormal chromosomes (e.g. Down syndrome) as well as the sex chromosomes as early as 10 weeks through blood test. They probably took that test kaya alam nila agad.
