    6. 1:06 Let them use 'luggages', and let's take defeat to people who say 'ikaw na'. That's the most powerful and advanced missile our country has ever made.

    7. Mga bakla bigla naten ng medal si 1154. Ilan kailangan mo?

      Delete
    8. 12:13am, 12:27am and 1:45am are the perfect examples of smart shaming. Sad how these kind of people react ridiculously! "Ikaw na", "May regla", "Bigyan ng medal"? Oh come on!

    12. Pwede ring "luggages" kung ibat-ibang luggage ang involve like size and brand. Same with Fish.

      Delete
    14. Correct si 8:07, the same way "foods" and "peoples" are used pag iba-ibang categories ang reference.

And 11:54, anong saysay ng "Luggage. Pieces of." Umayos ka nga!

      Delete
    15. 8:07 yes you are correcg but your point is not suited to the specific issue here :)

      Delete
    16. si 1:26 naman oh, defend pa more, next time na magdunungdunungan and do "correction", make sure na walang sablay.. tama si 8:07 and her/his point is definitely suited to the issue here. in other words, tama ang paggamit ng "luggages".

      Delete

Go with the flow na lang beks.

    19. Wag masyadong grammar nazi. Merong mga bansa which use words like luggages, foods, peoples, etc. Yung mga grammar nazi na yan, they aren't exposed to different cultures amd diff types of english. Isang english lang alam nila... that one taught in PH schools. And I'm not talking about going out as tourist but actually living outside the Phils for a long time.

      Delete
    20. Nope, 'luggages' is not right. It should be 'luggage' or 'pieces of luggage'. 'Wag sana natin masamain kapag kino-correct ang maling English natin. :)

      Delete
    21. 6:15 pampagulo ka. Hindi dahil sa culture yun. Lol

      Delete
    22. Omigod, Anon 12:20Pm, that is so wrong! Foods? Ang sama sa tenga!

Yes, I am a grammar nazi, and proud of it!

      Delete
    23. Pieces of luggage. Schools of fish. Pieces of jewelry.
But foods 12:20? I would've believed you except for that last one.

      Delete
    24. Omg these people. Try to live outside PH and you will know.

      Delete
    27. Actually mga bakla hindi na dapat pluralized yung "luggage" kasi he already used the Filipino plural indicator "mga" before it. Redundant na mga beks. Yun ang pinaka-mali sa statement nya. May rules din po ang Taglish.

    1. Does Cebu Pac not hold trainings and seminars for their employees? They never change. Thousands are killed everyday sa Oplan Tokhang, sila sa Cebu Pac, no change is coming pa rin.

      Delete
    2. Cebu Pac employees also are isn't very customer service oriented. Mapang-irap sila at medyo tamad mag-assist. Ang ginagawa ko sa kanila after nila mag-assist ng walang kwenta, nagte-Thank You ako out loud with a very wide grin, more like smirk. Minsan effective kasi natatahimik sila at napapatingin at medyo bumabait.

    1. Cebu Pacific yan teh. Kahit hindi "busiest time of the year", palpak ang services nila.

      Delete
    2. Since it's the busiest time of the year, the airline should be ready.

      Delete
    3. Eh, yun na nga eh! Ang dapat, MAS LALONG EFFICIENT ANG CUSTOMER SERVICE dahil busiest time of the year. They knew that beforehand, so, dapat Lang na inanticipate at sinali sa planning nila yung possible traffic ng passengers at volume ng luggage na ihahandle nila during the holiday season--from the ground crew to the flight crew. Heck! That should be an SOP to handle luggage efficiently AT ALL TIMES. One incident is one time too many.

    5. Real travelers pack light.

      Delete
    6. 1:12 true. Nakakangalay. From airport to your hotel, then from hotel back to the airport.

Social climber tong isdang to.

    9. 12:20 - ALAM MO IYONG DIFFERENCE NG PRICE NG BUSINESS AT ECONOMY CLASS?

      Delete
    10. 1220 who says na nagrereklamo ako? wala akong sinabi na i complain. san mo hinugot yan? mema ka lang? in response po yan kay 1:12. so pag "real traveler" hindi nag checheck in ng bags?

      Delete

Even our CEO who travels at least 3x a month does not pack lightly.
May kilala akong lahi na light magpack and karamihan sa kanila ganito but it's not because they're "real travellers" but because every 2 days lang sila nagpapalit.

      Delete
  10. Well what do you expect from low-cost airlines? Low-cost service...

    ReplyDelete
  11. I had a very worst experience din sa cebupac before 12hours delayed flight tapos pagdating ko sa destination ko wala pa yung baggage ko kinabukasan pa dumating. ang pakonswelo is free domestic flight, one way lol

    1. 1:04 wag naman. Maraming mawawalan ng trabaho, libo-libo. Call the attention of the management and reprimand those at fault, but do not wish to cancel their permits. Look at the bigger picture before wishing that bad.

      Delete
    2. 1:32AM, thousands rin ang customers who have not been given sufficient customer service by Cebu Pac through the years. They pay for their airline fare, remember?

      Delete
    3. 1:57 sabi nga ni 1:32 report the airline and reprimand the management, have them pay fines and set standards, parusahan ang at fault sa kada issue, pero wag naman ipacancel ang permits. Grabe kayo.

      Delete
    4. Taasan na pamasahe so they can hire more and better employees and provide better service.

      Delete
    5. easier said than done.

      Delete
    6. 2:50 Low cost carrier sila. Iba ang category nila. You get what you paid for. If you want an airline with higher pay then take Cathay, JAL, PAL and the likes. Pag may pera ka then take them. Pag on budget ka at di masyadong maarte, then take Cebu Pacific. That's how it goes.

      Delete
    7. That's he price of doing business. If you provide poor service enough times, then yeah, your permits should be cancelled. Obviously they don't care about the customers, nor do they have their employees' backs, because if they did, they would invest in training them, and paying them well, so that they can take pride and ownership of heir jobs, even if it meant having the lowest rank. Just because they are a budget carrier doesn't mean the customers have to bear with bad service like, late flights, missing or mixed-up luggages, and other inconveniences due to human error. That has to change, especially if customers are paying with their earnest money.

If you're concerned about the people who will lose their jobs, well, then let the employees deal with their employer because their employer seems to not care about them as I described above.

      Delete
    8. 12:53 Don't patronize them if you have problems with their service. Again, you get whwt you paid for. Pay higher with other airlines to get a better service. You have other options, right?

      Delete
  17. I don't think just cebu pacific. I can't stand manila airport. Very unorganize!

      Delete
  22. true. you want budget fare, you get budget service. It is but a business reality. The airline have limited skilled personal kasi nga budget. When there is no problem, fine. Pero kung may aberya, you have to be patient. Ganun eh, nakamura ka sa fare.

    3. To be fair hindi naman lahat ng budget airline pangit ang service. I've taken Jetstar a couple of times and okay naman yung service almost at par with Silk Air (at least with Silk Air's SG-Phuket route; not sure if other routes are better) amenities lang ang pinagkaiba. Okay din ang Tiger Air. Yung kasing pangit ng Cebu Pac is Air Asia. Not sure kung ganito sila with all their routes 'cos isa pa lang na-try ko & I've no plans to try them again (if I have options).
I agree though that if you pay budget then expect to get budget service din. Kaya if you can afford to spare a few hundreds, huwag na magtipid. Yung few hundreds na savings is not worth the stress.

      Delete
  23. Worst tlga ang Cebu Pac... ugh

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete

    1. Low budget airline = low budget service. More often, self service. That's all there is to it.

      Delete
    2. 10.50am self-service talaga? Kaya ganyan ang Cebu Pac because of people like you na tanggap lang nang tanggap ng bad service just because "budget" - ikaw na mismo making excuses for their bad service. At di porke't low budget e kelangang masama yung service...

      Delete
    3. 12:54 ganun talaga. That's how it goes, hindi lang sa Pilipinas yan. I booked Air Asia from Taiwan once and our flight was delayed for 6 hours. Again, you get what you paid for. Paulit-ulit tayo teh? No right? Same with other services. Pay higher amount for a better service. I always book them for short haul flight and I only hand carry my stuff kasi alam ko na ang kalibre nila. And yes, self service ang paglalagay sa overhead compartment for hand carry kahit 7 kilos pa yan. No help unless you're crippled or pregnant. At self service sa pamrurublema ng lost checked in baggage mo. Mahirap kontakin ang support nila.

      Delete
  25. Ganito lang yan eh. Just check the difference between a fine dining restaurant and a fastfood chain. Aside from the price, the service differs. You get what you paid for.
