  3. Bakit CHB ang pinagamit mong materials Pao? Sana Cast and Place. Pero ok na rin yan. Pwede naman tibayan basta di hilaw ang halo ng simento at siksik ang lagay. Bantayan mo lang ang gumagawa. Merong mga petics magtrabaho eh.

    1. 12:36 true. Nagpagawa kami ng bakod, aftet a year nagkacrack-crack. Di siksik yung loob ng hallow blocks at yung pagitan nila hindi nalagyan ng maayos.

  6. Puro ba bricks ang talagang paggawa ng bahay sanmanila kasi mainit? Dito sa US drywall talaga ang gamit

    1. Nope. Old style and mas mura kasi to kesa dry wall. Pero matibay naman basta maayos ang gumawa. Big time developers use pre-cast na.

    2. 1:06 mas matibay ang hollow blocks kesa sa dry wall especially na typhoon area ang Pilipinas. Pag dry wall yan, madaling masira during typhoon. Long run, mas cost effective ang hollow blocks although mas mabilis gawin ang dry wall.
