    2. Akala nya workout is just for losing weight.

Hindi na uso yun losyang mommies, so many now kahit may edad na mas fit and hot pa in their more mature years. Exercise is also a must for healthy living.

    1. True.

    3. @709 those are just excuses when people say they don't have time to exercise. Madalas nag gigive up mga tao kasi it takes at least 3 months before any significant changes will show. Kontra talaga ako sa sinabi nya kasi it's such a cop out. Everybody should exercise and eat right cause the only real wealth is health. In her post sabi nya ayaw nya sa balik alindog program. Exercising and eating right after pregnancy isn't about pagpapaganda. It's about getting strong and healthy kasi may anak na ako so I can live longer kung gunanda man it is just a byproduct of a healthy lifestyle. Teh, walking for 30 minutes a day exercise na yun. Doing that is already a good start.

    4. 12:40 Agree. Exercising doesnt just mean going to the gym..circuit exercises/HIIT sa bahay kahit 15 mins a day would really make a difference.

Lol. Let other people do what they want.

    6. pero aminin nyo kasi, o baka di niyo alam kasi mga ignorante kayo based on your comments, kahit hindi ka mag exercise papayat ka naman e basta you are eating the right food.. so hindi yan excuse na kasi ayaw kasi mag exercise. may mga tao lang tlaga di feel ang exercise or di effecive sa kanila. 7. 5:56 Of course, diet is an important factor. Pero paanong hindi nagiging effective ang exercise? Unless may condition ka that restricts you to do exercise, how is exercise not effective?

As a new mom, I completely agree na Ang hirap sumuong agad sa exercise regimen. Pero not because you don't like it doesn't mean you're not doing it.

Tsaka what I got from her is that once you give birth, you have to accept that your body has changed. You can still be fit with proper exercise and diet, but not as fit as you were before. -not chynna

  13. Agree with 3:51. It's more of accepting na after giving birth, your body may not necessarily return to what it was before and that is ok as long as you're still healthy.
