La po kayong pake. They are closest to the deceased. If they choose to have the wake as a celebration of her mother's life and not as a time of grief and mourning, let them be.
If Jodi's presence made Baron, the son of the deceased, smile, sana wag nyo na ipagkait sa tao yung konting comfort. Siguro kayo sa pamilya nyo sensitive and kailangan tahimik lang sa wake, but plenty of families don't subscribe to that idea. Let the closest family be the judge of what's appropriate in their mom's wake

bat naman dun pa sa may coffin nagpapicture? very inappropriate :( kaya ako pag namatay papacremate na lang ako agad. kasi baka gawing pictorial at reunion ng mga friends ko ang wake ko lol
same din ako ng plano pag namatay ako @2:42, magpapacremate ako kasi balita ko mas mura daw cremation kesa palibing, anyway, trip ni baron naka smile ano problema dun? hahahaha

It is HIS MOM'S wake. Not yours 2:33 & 2:42. Kung gusto nila mag smile sa picture with the coffin in the background, it's their prerogative. Just like hindi kayo pwede pakialaman ng kapitbahay nyo sa lamay nyo.
