There was a crime committed making the movie, i think this needs further investigation. The fact that they had lied about it to begin with is already a reason to have the movie pulled out from showing. The committee of MMFF, i dont know what they are trying to prove but it seems to be failing. We all should boycott the film
PAWS should pursue a criminal case against the ORO producers, director and staff involved in the production. This should serve as a legal warning that Animal Cruelty is not something to just be swept off the rug.

The fact that the director was whining that it was nothing compared to killing four miners shows how callous he is. The miners were not killed in the movie but you purposely tortured and killed a dog.
Yung mga miners sa totoong buhay namatay hindi sa film so wag kang ano kung sino ka man na taga ORO na nagsasabing how about the 4 miners gulo mong kausap

It is because of self centered and self entitled people like you that we have issues like this. Kung kaya pong protektahan ng batas ang fetus na hindi pa lumalabas sa sapupunan ng nanay bakit hindi pwede ang mga aso na buhay na buhay at wala namang ginagawang masama? While some wi argue na how about pigs, fowls etc. Well there are certain types of animal protein that are allowed for consumption and dog meat is not among those widely traded in the market. And even if some tribes practice eating of dog meat, they do so as part of their culture and not just because they want to for the heck of it. Bottom line here is respect -for the law and for life. Deaths happen but you dont see it being filmed and shown in its raw goriness. Above all, you dont purposelykill an innocent being, whether it be a dog, goat or human for the sake or art and realism. Not only is it senseless, it is stupid and screams nothing but self absorbed human arrogance and self entitlement.
9:25, this is to educate you (you need it badly!) The fact it, whether you're a dog lover or dog-eating human, the producers broke the law. They should be held accountable.
