That's very nice and professional of Greta to personally apologize to the woman. I know Tony is one of the backers of the casino. Let this be a lesson learned for everyone for there's really no need to dwell on the petty things.
What I meant was that Gretchen apologized in behalf of the casino resort and the woman accepted the apology. Both parties are not dwelling on this issue. That's why lesson learned so the resort knows what to fix before they officially open.
Angas in what way? Siguro hindi mo lang talaga siya gusto kaya yung dating sayo may "angas". Maganda naman kasi pagkasabi niya. Gusto pa ngang gawing personal ang pag-a-apologize.
i was one of those who went to the preview, not to get freebies, and i can attest a lot of people there didnt go for the freebies, as most senior citizens who went there said they are actually not interested to watch the free concert but was there to marvel at the initial look of the hotel casino... however i was witness on how they were inconvenienced, and so did i.
anyway, i hope they make up during their actual operation. not sure if theyre having another grand celebration for the opening. they actually did that because this hotel casino is sooo delayed already

Business na pinondohan ni tonyboy ang nakataya so talagang magpapnggap na apologetic kuno c greta kaya wag nyo sabihin na classy act yung ginawa niya ok! Hindi cya magiging classy kahit kelan.
Business is business if Greta did not apologize it would tarnish the credibility of Casino put up by Tony so it was a must and an obligation to apologize.

Delete@2.40 customers are not always right especially those shameless ones who complain about petty things just to get an upgrade or freebie.
