I don't understand why they like to take pictures with celebrities like it's their claim to fame. And they feel bad if they're being turned down. So cheap!
Hope PR firms (if ginagamit nga sila) get better at advising actors to simply say "Sorry about that! Hope to catch you next time when things aren't so hectic and had to rush out. If I could only accommodate everyone I really would! Duty calls but really thanks for the support" kind of statement.
Although nothing wrong with her explanation- mejo long and sometimes actors can seem defensive when they don't need to be.
