This year wont be as big interm of revenue, but i really think that it wont also be that big of losses. In that same order I believe how the rankings are for the box office. Good luck to all of the movies!

    1. i hope tumabo lahat. Agree, may not be big in revenues pero hitik sa kalidad, depth at essence ang mga kalahok. Pinoy moviegoers need to be exposed to more quality films

    2. indie does not always means quality.

    3. Septic Tank 2- bec. I liked the 1st one. Hoping it doesn't disappoint tho.

I like this year's line up, tbh. Sana maging open minded tayong lahat and give all of these films a chance. The mainstream films will alaways be available to watch any time of the year.

  79. Feeling ko VKJ ang pinakamababaw ang story. Nabasa ko yung text serye nyan and seriously, napakakorni. Bakit kaya nakapasok to eh sobrang babaw nya at common love story?

    ReplyDelete
  84. Good evening. Thank you for that wonderful question. I will definitely watch all of the mmff movies. As a fellow Filipino, it is my duty and honor to support the indie movies in a major major way. We were colonized by the mainstream movies as part of our culture and traditions but we're very welcoming with indie movies. And I dont see any problem with that at all. I will use my money to buy all tickets to influence the youth and I would raise awareness to causes like whatever causes that is timely and relevant to my country. I want to show the world, the universe rather, or multi verse or any parallel universe, that I am confidently beautiful with a lot of money. Thank you.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Baka lahat panoorin ko except kabisera dahil balimbing yun kabisera actress

    ReplyDelete
  86. Sunday beauty queen! Story about our hero today, our OFW plus the same producer who gave us Heneral Luna film

    ReplyDelete
  88. KABISERA! Noranian ako eh.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Die Buetiful, Sunday Beauty Queen, Septic Tank 2

    ReplyDelete
  90. At first I thought medyo out of place yung VKJ sa lineup na ito, but I realized, pambalance siya sa seriousness ng themes ng contemporaries nya. :) So I think okay na rin, though last siya sa list kung irrank ko ang mga to. Number 1 is Die Beautiful. Sure ako hakot awards ang DB

    ReplyDelete
  91. I don't think I'll be watching one of this, why? I tried to watch an indie film ( honor thy father) I only love the fact that John Lloyd is a good actor but the cinematography the picture were not clean, I felt bored..

    ReplyDelete
  92. Vincekath and james

    ReplyDelete
  93. Septek Tenk at Dye Byutipul parehong may konik sa buhay ng mga bakla!

    ReplyDelete
  94. Di ko pa alam pero in fairness, the posters are avant garde. Ang gaganda. With one or two exceptions, artsy karamihan and mukhang pinagisipan. Congrats to all!

    ReplyDelete
  95. Kabisera.. gusto ko sana ung Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank kaso wala na si JM dun :(

    ReplyDelete
  96. kabisera kasi parang hindi indie ang movie. parang mainstream

    ReplyDelete
  97. Noranians power so Kabisera it is!

    ReplyDelete
  98. nora aunor movie...

    ReplyDelete
  99. All the films except VKJ. That one is your usual run-of-the-mill romcom that will barely challenge my intellectual capacity. I find the lead actress icky at best.
