    1. Ipray mong tumigil na si Robin kasi he will never be granted a visa.

      Delete
    3. Anon 1:38AM, I was thinking of the same thing. It is unnecessary to say that he has Spanish heritage.

      Delete
    4. True, he can never have a visa because of his imprisonment history. It is a boo boo for US visa.

      Delete
    5. 1:38 Exactly! Irrelevant na yon sa visa application nya.

      Delete
    6. Many spanish people in US. Mahihirapan sya makakuhs gawa ng criminal history nya.

      Delete
    7. anon 1:38 and 2:46 kze po, madami din latin americans sa US, which is spanish blood.

      Delete
    8. Plus the fact na Muslim sya, isip isip muna sya pag may time. It mad matters worse ng anti-american rants nya, red flag na sya sa US

      Delete
    9. Ang followers ang mag-approve ng visa? Ganun?

      Delete
    10. Hahhaha 10:40 correct!

      Delete
    11. Ang application for visa ay parang application rin for citizenship naturalization, it's a privilege, not a right.

    13. Anon 2:41 ikaw kaya mag 2 miscarriage at mag super selan na pagbubuntis, would you not want the best care for you? We can't deny that the US has more advanced technology and practices when it comes to medicine, so it fits the maselan Mariel well.

      Delete
  2. Sus nako. After all you said? Less talk less mistake kasi. Atat na atat ka palang pumunta ng US sana nagpa good boy image ka sa kanila.

      bagong episode sa visaserye.

    3. Visa Application and embassy protocols are not public in nature. Robin doing the irritating post everyday will not do him any good. It's not showbiz where one can get anything he wants because of connections and ex-deals.

      Delete

    1. Mariel is an American citizen, diba?

      Delete
    2. American talaga but Filipino when it's convenient.

      Delete
  5. Ngayon ko lang nalaman.. Robinhood pala talaga name nya. Ngayon ung US embassy ang iniistress nila.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Kaya nga akl siguro nila maaapprove since US citizen si Mariel at malapit ng manganak. Wrong move ksalanan nila yan.

      Delete
  6. Robin gets more and more pathetic and desperate each time he posts something like this. Di ba super-kaduper mega supporter kayo ni Digong who disgusts the Americans to death? And again why the need to give birth in the US? Para automatic US citizen si baby Binoe? Don't us Robin and Mariel. Don't us.

    ReplyDelete

      Delete
    2. Ikaw shunagbells bes. Automatic US citzenship po yan if BOTH parents are US citzens. Robin is not (di nga makakuha ng US visa e, anubah). There are certain conditions that must be met first and under the current circumstances, the only way for the kid to get US citizenship is if Mariel gives birth in the US. Jus soli po. Read up, GMG.

      Delete
    3. 2:15, pag sa US soil pinanganak yun automatic ng yung US citizenship. Kapag sa ibang country eh magaapply ka pa at may paperwork.

      Delete
    4. 2:15 A child born outside US to US citizen parent, the parent MUST be a primary residence of US for the child to be automatically considered an american citizen..which mariel is not.

      Delete
    5. According to USCIS dot gov, to pass US citizenship to a child born outside the US, the USC parent must have "been physically present in the US or territories for a period of at least 5 years at some time prior to the birth, of which at least 2 years were after his/her 14th birthday".

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. True. It somehow becomes annoying na tignan. Hay naku!

      Delete
Baka gusto lang nila makasiguro and they prefer better naman

      Delete

      Delete
    4. Bes mas delikado magbyahe ng mahaba. madaming maselan nagbuntis at naganak dito sa pinas

      Delete
    5. 1:30, maraming maaayos na hospital at magagaling na doctor sa atin who can handle the most complicated pregnancies. The fact na nakapag-travel pa si Mariel on her 2nd trimester and was able to fly to the US means that she and the bun in the oven are perfectly fine. They made this choice themselves kahit na malabong makakuha ng visa si Robin. And the more na mag-socmed sila, mas lalong waley yan.

      Delete

  8. Ano na yan please stop.. And keep it private..

    ReplyDelete
  9. "God bless America"? LOL! Such a hypocrite.

    ReplyDelete
  10. OMFG TUMIGIL KA NA SA KAKAPOST PLS

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Subukan mong mag apply sa US, Brendah

      Delete
American visa pinay uusapan dito teh. Lol

      Delete
    3. Ang labo mo teh..

      Delete
  12. I dont get it...why not give birth here in Manila if may visa issue pala si binoy?

      Delete
    2. Kasi Mommy Mariel's baby won't get instant US citizenship if the baby will be born in the Philippines kahit pa US citizen si Mariel.

      Delete
    3. 1:10 wrong!

      Delete
    5. You are wrong, 1:46. It's not automatic, may certain conditions po yan. Read up.

      Delete
    6. 1:46 not true..Mariel must be a US primary resident for a period of time in able for her child to be a US citizen at birth if born outside US..obviously they knew it.

      Delete
    7. 1:46 hehe sure na sure ka ha . Research ka muna kasi. 2:18 Paras daw po na book or Nolledo hihi

      Delete
    8. In a way tama naman si 1:46. If any of the parent is a US citizen, a child born outside US is still a US citizen. They'll have to submit a Consular Report of Birth Abroad. Matrabaho lang na process kasi you'll need to submit documentation like the NSO birth certificate. But sa case ni Mariel, this is easier as compared to Robin getting a US visa

      Delete
    9. 7:38 pag research mo pa ko i'm a US citizen and jan nag give birth sa Pinas and my child acquired my US citizenship puro kayo mag basa ng libro sa akin based on experience

      Delete
    10. but on Mariel's case she is not a US primary resident which is highly required..at alam nila yon kasi hindi sya pupunta sa US to give birth just for her child to a US citizen.

      Delete
  13. so embarrassing lol give it up "robin padilla"

    ReplyDelete
  14. Did you even enlist the help of the famous attorney michael gurfinkel? Posting something like this in social media not really going to help you robin.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yes, he has Gurfinkel helping him out. Not a guarantee, though. Personally, I don't think lawyers can help -- kung talagang denied, denied ka.

      Delete

      Delete
  15. baka dahil sa kagaganyan nila lalo sya hindi i grant ng visa. bakit kailangang i post sa IG ang letter nya? it should be private, right?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. he is putting the US Embassy on the spot

      Delete
Not funny and definitely not amazing

    ReplyDelete
  17. I cringed lol. Stop it Robin . "my American wife"( who does not live and pay her taxes here in the US) your message shows you are pressuring US embassy.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Pwede bang wag magbayad ng Tax sa US? Tax Evasion yun. So i'm sure Mariel is paying.

      Delete
    2. @10:29 AM

      Delete
  18. Replies
    1. Yon nga! Cringeworthy and so not professional looking. Kala mo naman may care ang Consul General with IG posts. He just made his situation worse. Last thing their office needs or wants is the feeling that they're getting pressured to give him a visa.

      Delete
    2. Di ko kinaya yung emojis baks

      Delete
  19. This is not helping his case. He should just appeal quietly, and not sensationalize it.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Facepalm. Kailangan tlg idaan sa IG? Ako ang nahihiya sa ginagawa nito.

    ReplyDelete
LOL

    ReplyDelete
  22. Dun manganganak para US citizen.

      Delete
    3. 2:02 wrong! Basa basa ng US law

      Delete
    4. 2:02, it's not automatic. How long ba napatira ng America si Mariel? Importante yun.

      Delete
    5. 5:59 you are correct..US must be her primary residence and obviously she is not..she's only been in the US for about 3 or 4 months.

      Delete
  23. ayan kampi ksi ke digong

    ReplyDelete
  24. Hypocrite na 'to!

    ReplyDelete
  25. "God bless America" my a$$!

    ReplyDelete
  26. the irony of it all... si BB Gandanghari eh pabalik balik sa amerika at panay ang rampa and work shempre sa New York

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  30. feeling ko alam naman niyang di siya ma-grant ng visa. the reason he keeps on posting eh para nga pag denied ulit, may "proof" kuno na inaapi siya/sila ng US..

    ReplyDelete
  31. I've seen a lot of emergency cases(mas grabe pa sa case mo Robin) that was denied by a US visa.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yup. Same here. I had a few relatives that didn't get to attend and see a loved one's funeral because denied a visa. I know someone who missed out on the birth of their child also because of this. So it disgusts me that Robin is outright begging and using his VIP connections to get a free pass. Hypocrite!

      Delete
  32. Anong kabalbalan to? Why not have the baby in Pinas? I was born in the Philippines, naging US citizen pa rin ako because my Dad is a US citizen. Mga kaartehan.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. But u didnt acquire it through birth?. May i just ask before u become a citizen u were an immigrant first right? Impossibleng agad agad eh naging american citizen ka, that only applies to people who were born in an american soil.

      Delete

      Delete
  33. Bakit kailangan pa i-post sa IG? Do you think it will give you a better chance of getting a visa kung pinopost mo ang letter mo sa IG? Papansin lang to!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Akala yata niya kung maraming likes baka maapprove visa niya.

      Delete
    2. Wrong ka beshie. Umaasa sya ilike ng us embassy. Lol

      Delete
    3. 1:58 Hahaha! Dapat ata magsend si Robin sa US embassy ng appeal na pag naka 1M likes and shares ang post nya, mabibigyan na siya ng visa. Try kaya niya yun.

      Delete

      Delete
  34. Desperate na siya. Tsambahan lang talaga yan.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Ang drama ng mag asawa na ito. Alam nila na pwedeng hindi makapunta si robin ng America but they still took the chance. Live with the consequences and besides maraming bansa na pwede siyang manganak. Mema lang ako

    ReplyDelete
Have you seen House and do you remember Caitie who needs to go to SG for diagnosis? Also, for me ok lang ipost yan because the struggle is real pagdating sa US Visa. My doctor friend could not take his final licensure exam sa US kahit naipasa nya na yung sa Hawaii. Then may endorsement na sya from doctors in the US, hospital and one senator. Nakamatayan nya na ang American dream nya.

    ReplyDelete
  37. There are thousands ..if not millions applying for US Visa everyday. Robin's case is not unique as pwede namqng manganak si Mariel sa Pinas! And the Philippines has world class doctors and hospitals pag may pera ka. Robin should stop acting like he is VIP dahil hindi yan uubra sa mga Amerikano. Rules are rules and unfortunately for him, he will never be qualified to be granted one dahil may bad record sya

    ReplyDelete
At bakit sa US niya gusto eh ayaw ni duterte doon he should follow his idol

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Hahaha! Tama nga naman.

      Delete
    2. Ha? So kung ako DDS ire-revoke US Visa ko? Yikes.

      Delete
  39. Pag na deny, sasabihin san ang hustisya! Asawa nya american citizen, perde na siyang ipetition.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Even if he dumps a ton of appeal letters at the US embassy in Manila, walang mangyayari. He needs to address his appeal to the US government is Washington, to homeland security, FBI, etc. because they are the ones to call the shots. Taga-implement lang ang US embassy.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
Lol

      Delete
  41. some minor corrections on the misconceptions of some readers here....u dont need to give birth in the US just so the baby can acquire US citizenship....you can read it directly from US immigration website

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. No ur wrong, check it again. The us citizen parent should stay in the us for a long time, u can only acquire automatic citizenship through birth, because if thats the case then there a lot of Filipinos who became an american citizen in an instant.

      Delete

      Delete
  42. If Mariel is indeed a US citizen, she can still give birth here so that Robin doesn't need to go to the US and apply and beg for a visa grant. All they need to do is register their child's birth wih the US Embassy here, as long as one of the parents is a US citizen. That's what my husband and I did when I gave birth to my daughter since my husband is American and I remain a Filipino citizen. Just my 2 cents.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Thats diff you husband is an AMERICAN through blood its diff if the citizen is a foreigner in this case a Filipino. They have to evaluate it and check what category the child falls too, u can check it in the immigration law. Just my 2 cents.

      Delete
    2. @4:14 - What are u talking about? They have the same rights. The baby can be born anywhere in the world as long as one of the parents is an American citizen. It's called jus sanguinis. It doesnt matter if the parent is a naturalized American or American "by blood". Which btw, there is no such thing dahil lahat ng Americans ay may halong lahi/dugo.

      Delete
    3. 1:06 I assume your husband is a primaty resident of US,and thats reason why your child is automatically a US citizen at birth.

      Delete
  43. Kaumay serye... denied is denied... kawawa naman ang ibang aplikante na mas may malinis na pangalan na nadeny if they grant visa to this Robin Padilla.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I don't get it why just tourist visa if his married to a american citizen. would it be quicker for the wife to petition him?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Kahit e petition pa yan eh my criminal record na.. i dont think bibigyan sya nang visa

      Delete
    2. Kung tourist visa application ndi maapprove-an, what more kung immigrant/spouse visa pa? subject pa rin naman to a review process kung ippetition siya.

      Delete
  45. Robin can send all the letters he wants pero sana hindi na ipost sa IG.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Because of his conditional parole hindi nga siya binigyan ng right ng PHILIPPINES na bumoto in any elections yun pa kayamg US bibigyan siya ng VISA?!

    ReplyDelete
  48. just dont get these people...why pilitin sa usa manganak dami namang mahusay na ospital & doctors dito?...by the way asan ang pagiging mapagmahal sa bayan kung wala ka namang tiwala sa kapasidad ng mga doctor at ospital dito? st lukes is world class, makati med din , asian hospital pa...pilitin ba naman... dahil sa citizenship issue?? e di ganun din ayaw maging purely Filipino citizen ang anak ...bakit? kasi inferior ang Filipino citizen?
