Rich kid kasi tong rapist na to so he got a lighter sentence. Nakakapanlumo. Kawawa ang biktima niya, parang naging malaking joke ang sinapit niya. Iba talaga nagagawa ng pera at connections. Tsk tsk
so true...I've been following this guy Borck's story and all I can read about him is how great of an athlete he was, how his future would be broken because of this "20 minutes of action" as his father referred to it..tsk tsk..but the thing is, with marijuana, a lot of pharmaceutical companies, might lose money if people discover it's medicinal benefits..kya ayun..mas harsh ang pa ren
yes it's true 1:13. I watched this sick young pervert get in and out jail for doing something so vile. He was even compared to a black male who got years of sentence for the same reason.
Kat, he got 6mo but his reputation will follow him. That's another kind of hell. Actually, he is in more "danger" because outside prison, he's a fair game for vengeance. But yes, it's really sad that justice system can be interpreted differently and so the sentence varies. There are cases of the same grave offenses but one goes to jail for years and the other just community services.
Its always been like that. The rich people get off easier when breaking the law. One law for the rich, one for the poor. Another good example is Ethan Couch "affluenza" teen who was only given probation after killing 4 people. And i hope that our govt will focus on our economy instead na puro drugs na lang lahat na lang ng senate hearings about drugs.
Kat, hindi lahat ng marijuana ay medicinal. Depende yan sa strains. This i what's wrong with people who are caught with it, they take advantage of the medicinal uses of marijuana.
Kat basahin mo history ni Brooker. Nagkaron sya ng 2 counts of armed robbery at nag serve sya 10 years in prison.

ReplyDeleteShe has a point but she's so unbearably annoying that nobody bothers to listen to her rants.
