The camp of actress Krista Miller on Tuesday insisted that she is not a drug pusher, but the Quezon City police said that the evidence against her is strong.
In an exclusive report on Unang Balita on Wednesday, GMA News' reporter Marisol Abdurahman quoted the actress as saying that she would not grant any interview with media this time.
At the Quezon City Police District Office where Krista is being held, her father appealed to the public not to judge his daughter, insisting that she is not a drug pusher, report said.
Krista's lawyer Atty. Ramon Vargas told GMA News that she is innocent. "Based on my interview with her, she was not after selling drugs."
On the hand, the police insisted they have strong evidence against Krista.
Senior Supt. Guillermo Eleazar said, "Nasa list natin siya, may information tayo sa kanyang activities."
Four celebrities have already been arrested in the intensified drive against illegal drugs under the Rodrigo Duterte administration. These include: DJ Karen Bordador, Sabrina M, Krista Miller, and Mark Anthony Fernandez
Kapisanan ng mga Artista sa Pelikulang Pilipino at Telebisyon president Rez Cortez appealed to celebrities into illegal drugs: “Bago umabot doon sa point na aarestuhin kayo, idedemanda at baka humantong sa pagkamatay or pagkasugat ng isang artista, tigilan na natin.”
Also, Cortez said the organization is trying to police its own ranks, but he appealed to authorities, if possible, not make public the names of celebrities arrested in anti-illegal drugs operations. — LBG, GMA News

DeleteLol.
Hmmmm.
ReplyDeleteWhat was she then, courier?
DeleteHuh? Bakit naman hindi ipa-public? Sus. Ginusto nila yan eh
ReplyDeleteNadrug test ba ito? Is she positive o negative?
ReplyDeletePositive
DeleteYes. Positive sya
DeleteMagbago na lang kasi ("o
ReplyDeleteOn of the reasons why they haven't made the list of Celebrities who are drug user/pusher public yet. kase hinuhuli paisa isa.
ReplyDeletemas mabuti nga siguro wag na isapubliko ang list para mahuli isa isa. then pag nahuli make it public syempre
Deletethat is the smart way for police to capture celebs in drugs. kasi kung listahan lng ang ilalabas aakting p yan mga yan s camera at publicity p s knila yan at gusto special treatment pa gamitan lng ang peg.
Delete"Also, Cortez said the organization is trying to police its own ranks, but he appealed to authorities, if possible, not make public the names of celebrities arrested in anti-illegal drugs operations."
ReplyDeletePwede ba?
ReplyDeleteDon't make it public. Just caught them in the act.
ReplyDeleteTell that to the US Marines.
ReplyDeleteO cge. courier ng condo.
ReplyDeleteSiraulo Lang maniniwala
