I checked (or more on stalked 😜) Miss Ecuador's Ig. Magalang naman cya at di hambog unlike someone we know. She always thanked the Philippines in her posts. Correct me if I'm wrong pero di ba cya yun ngsabi ng Mabuhay Philippines sa q& a portion?
Good for Ms. Ecuador! She deserves it more than that arrogant Imelda. Miss Ecuador had no shame in admitting that the gown was supposed to be worn by someone else. She gave credit to where its due and even thanked the see designer. Only a basher or someone like Imelda would see the negativity in it.
It would be different if Miss Ecuador posted the pic herself, but it was someone from the Philippine pageantry who did. Clearly, someone who didn't care for Imelda. Hahaha!

Kailan kaya ieembrace ng mga Pilipino ang multiculturalism? Kung ng migrate ka sa isang multicultural country (U.S./Australia) at sabihin ka na sana puro pure Caucasian lang ang makita nila sa local beauty pageant nila, how would you feel?
It's not their fault that they're half-Pinoy and they joined and got chosen/qualified right? Edi i-encourage mo na lng yung what YOU consider as "Filipina beauty" to join..pasensya na at di pumasa sa standard mo ng "true features and personality of the Filipina" ang mga mixed-race Filipinas.
Mahihirapan ang majority ng Pinoy na iembrace ang multiculturalism dito sa atin 9:30 kasi majority sa kanila ay nakatira sa kuweba kaya pati mentalidad, pang-kuweba din. Never pang nakakita ng halfies or foreigners kaya ayan. Nagdedemand sila ng Pure Pinoy/Pinay lang dapat.
I share the same sentiment 8:39. What irks me the most are those with Western sounding last names representing our country, gaya ni Pia o itong si Imelda. Immediately nawawalan ako ng gana to support a candidate na pang.Amerikano ang last name. Mas nakaka.proud talaga to see candidates na Pure Filipino, as in both mom & dad are Filipinos.
Define "true features and personality of a Filipina". PLEASE. I would like to know. Let me guess, morena at dalagang Pilipina personality ba sinasabi mo? Pano ako na naturally fairskinned pero born to both Pinoy parents,di ako true Filipina?
3:21 Our Miss Univ Australia 2015 was born to Bosnian parents. Si Cloei Syqia born to both Pinoy parents pero won Miss Sweden. Wala reklamo dito,walang issue sa race. Sa Pinas dami reklamo e right naman nila yan to join if they wanted to. Theyre subject to the same judging and rules,hindi naman porket someone has mixed race e lamang na sila sa ganda o may advantage na sila. Maxine Medina and Kylie V are both pure Filipinas naman. So why are you irked? Just because they have foreign sounding names you think lowly of them?
