It started indie, with no big record label or network backing. Moreover, with advent of online dl, spotify and other cloud streaming platform, it doesn't matter how long it took, reaching gold is a big deal. Congrats Glaiza!
I even heard her live performance at SPS and she sounded really great. I'm happy that she doesn't have to sing mainstream songs because it doesn't bring out the best in her voice. Eto talaga tugtugan ni Glaiza and I'm glad she did this album.

Kung sino pa yung may tunay na talent siya pa yung walang support sa network niya to produce her album. Self-produced yan kaya parang iginapang niya ang naabot niya. What an admirable lady.
Hindi nga kasi mabenta baks. Kahit naman ako investor, bakit mo iinvest pera mo dun sa alam mong malulugi ka kung meron namang iba na siguradong bebenta ng tiba tiba. Sad reality, praktikalan lng din.

ito ang legit na "artist" at may passion sa craft. Yung sa Brand-X, popularity lang tlga ang goal. gagawin lahat from padding to mind-conditiong para masabing popular ang manok nila kahit walang talent. well its marketing.
