I don't think it's a copycat of Arrow. There has been a lot of Robin Hood movies/tv shows for many years. That Stephen Amell should not even make sly innuendos about it because like he said, he doesn't even have any idea about it. The only time you can call it a copycat is if this new show has aired and the plot is the same. Pinoys should stop pulling each other down. Iilan na nga lang ang tv stations dyan, siraan pa ng siraan and rabid fans just don't have the capacity to coexist as if their lives depend on these shows. What a shame.

Season 2 Arrow was great, but I cannot tell the same for the later seasons. FYI, the Arrow show is loosely based on a DC character, Green Arrow. While Oliver Queen sometimes dons a Robin Hood-like costume, his story is far from Robin Hood.
It is not the concept of robin hood that he was worried about, it was the similarity of the teasers of his show arrow and alyas. The costume is almost the same without the mask. And fyi, the first robin hood does not have a hood. But instead, a pointed back hat followed by a triangular hat. Other versions claim that the word hood and synonymous to wood. I.e he is alway in the woods. Later lang yung sinasabi na maker of hoods o yung ngayon na sinasabi niyo na nakahood palagi.

ReplyDeleteSeason 2 Arrow was great, but I cannot tell the same for the later seasons. FYI, the Arrow show is loosely based on a DC character, Green Arrow. While Oliver Queen sometimes dons a Robin Hood-like costume, his story is far from Robin Hood.

It is not the concept of robin hood that he was worried about, it was the similarity of the teasers of his show arrow and alyas. The costume is almost the same without the mask. And fyi, the first robin hood does not have a hood. But instead, a pointed back hat followed by a triangular hat. Other versions claim that the word hood and synonymous to wood. I.e he is alway in the woods. Later lang yung sinasabi na maker of hoods o yung ngayon na sinasabi niyo na nakahood palagi.

ReplyDelete15 segundo na teaser gaya gaya na agad? walang pinagkaiba sa headline lang ng tabloid ang binabasa at hindi inaalam ang buong istorya. as if naman yung ibang nag aakusa na gaya gaya eh may basehan magbintang kahit di naman napapanood ang arrow. ah siguro base din lang sa picture. lol. (hindi ba yung movie na amnesia girl eh aakalain mong 50 first dates kung trailer lang nakita mo pero pag pinanood mo eh iba naman istorya). pinoy nga naman.
