Now this is very bad. Hold on to them well, and it should be the kid-adult-roadside, to protect them from vehicles passing by. Furthermore, make your young children fear getting ahead on their own in the streets or in crowded places. Had seen too many kids getting missing in the busy malls because of running ahead, and had actually seen twice two children who were ran over by cars because they just went crossing the road without waiting for the parents who were just few steps behind them.
Some will look at you as if you lost your mind when the kid is using a child leash. Parents have the last say to their kids though. And if you get that look, think about how worse it would be if they are looking at you with pity because your kid is missing, snatched, or worse, dead.
O child leash! We went home last December, pag nasa mall kami my son uses child leash,he's 3 and very active.
Nako true! Kahit yung 8year old son ko hawak hawak ko pa din sa public places because you'll never know.
I remember when I was in singapore years ago ina christian fellowship. A fellow filipina shared that his son was taken from them while in a busy street. He was 2 at that time. After 2 years, while walking near sm megamall, he recognized a familiar voice begging. She turned and saw his son without eyes! How it broke her heart and us.
May bago pa sila ngayon. :(
Omg. :(

ReplyDeleteTo turn them into beggars, or drug couriers. Or organ donors. They are lucky if they are sold to couples without children.
Deleteor ransom maybe?
Extra safety and common sense lang.
